We had a unique situation where my elderly in-laws living in Tennessee, were in poor health and unable to keep up with any housework. Their living conditions had reached deplorable, unsafe on many levels. Living in Florida, we were unable to help them except for on a yearly visit which was not enough! I called and spoke to Frank who assured me that C2C would come in and clean the home for them, thus relieving us of a lot of concern and stress over the dire conditions they were living. What impressed me the most was the gentle and loving way he developed a relationship with them first therefore allowing them to feel comfortable with people coming into their homes in the most personal way....it took a huge burden off of our shoulders! Frank and his crew went beyond the expected and really did an amazing job cleaning up their place. He has even offered to stop by periodically to see that they are attempting to maintain their new clean place!
