Disappointed with this company. I gave them 2 stars because they were able to come out last minute to do a move in cleaning job and while I do apprciate their willingness to work with me in a pinch, the staff was unprofessional with poor communication. Blinds were left undusted, cabinets in the kitchen were missed, and while it may have been wrong of me to assume that cleaning the fridge and oven was included, it apparently was not. I did end up getting the fridge cleaned but it was made clear that "it was very time consuming". I also had hoped the master bath would have looked better after a "professional" cleaning. A product was recommended to me to get all the soapscum off but was told right off the bat that they dont use it because its too expensive. This isnt service to me. Do the job well and you will get repeat customers and recommendations so that you can afford the products you need. At over $200 for a reasonably sized, not-all-that dirty house, I dont believe I truly got what I paid for today.

I hired Williams Way for a one time cleaning since I had knee surgery 5 weeks ago. They did an amazing job! I was so impressed with all the attention they paid to my house and it feels great to have a house free of dust and smudges. The bathrooms are gleaming and the floors so shiny. The ladies were very friendly and prompt. I would highly recommend them and will use them again if I ever have a need again.
