Huge rip off that cost me $315 for 2 hrs of nothing. I asked to take the pile of fresh clothes piled on the bed to be hung in my closet instead 4 people spent a hour folding them and putting them back in the laundry basket instead of what I asked. So now I payed $160 for a laundry basket of clean folded clothes I washed before they showed up, Mind you this is 4 people. Second hour they straightened up the house but no deep cleaning was done. In fact they said to my girlfriend I didnt tell them to hang the cloths but to fold them so that first hour was wasted on doing literally nothing. Second, I have a room where I keep some firearms and told them to avoid it entirely to later find out one of the people talking about how I have guns to there coworker. Im reactivating my burglar alarm.

I hired Maids two times. First time was about one year ago. At that time, the cleaning job was satisfactory. So I hired them again a few months ago for moving out condo cleaning. This time, not only the house cleaning was poor quality, but also all four gas stove control knobs in the condo were missing. We requested the Maids manager to check it out the condo to see if she was satisfied of the cleaning job. After inspecting it, she replied "sorry, the poor cleaning job performed was due to the time when the cleaning was done, which was later afternoon and poor lighting prevented certain areas from being seen well. Regarding the missing gas stove control knob, I never got the answer. So, I had to order the replacement, which cost almost one hundred dollar.

Just awful. Had arranged for The Maids to clean my house every-other week. Of the three appointments, they missed two. For the third one, they had even called and asked if I could re-schedule. When I told them I couldnt, they assured me they would be here at the scheduled time and STILL managed to miss the window. When they *did* clean the house, they did a barely passable job. Found myself cleaning places they missed (obvious things like bannisters; floors). Cleaning products seemed diluted and ineffective. Never once felt my house was "clean" as a result of their visit. Absolute waste of time, money and effort for a company that thinks you work for them and are on their clock.

Called several companies for an estimate. Gave each the exact same information and asked each the same questions. The representative from The Maids couldnt even answer the basic question about why I should choose their service over the others. He also couldnt answer why his quote was $100 more per bi-weekly visit than any of the other companies. If this is the training they give their reps that recruit business I have no faith in the training of their maids. They also wont stop emailing me asking for my business. I have told them no too many times to count but the emails still keep coming. This site also doesnt have an option for zero stars so by default I have to give 1.

I wish I could rate them with zero stars. I will never think about using this service again. Promised it would be cleaned the way I would if I could. They were supposed to deep clean and they charged $512.00. It was horrible. I was moving into a new house and they didnt even clean out cupboards. One girl spent all her time on the oven which is self cleaning. Until I told her to stop after 2 hours. Never wiped out bathroom cupboards. Then they wouldnt even consider standing by the promise. Unbelievable. Bad, bad service. Dont use them. They talk a big game and then say they would like to make it right but it is just to look good and a big fat lie.

we will never hire this company again. after 3hrs in a 2000sqft vacant rental proproperty 4 cleaners couldnt find time to clean: counter tops in kitchen entry way floors any windows or mirrors the hearth any of the appliances (inside or out)... and in their haste to be done, they left some of their cleaning supplies behind. I most definitely would not recommend The Maids for anything, unless you have the time and patience to babysit them

I used them for six years. Six years. But I had to fire them today. Since a corporate entity took them over a few months ago, their quality of cleaning has fallen off and their customer service is nonexistent. I would not recommend them to anyone.
