Our family moved into a home with 2 dogs and cream carpeting and having grown up pretty much with all wood floors I had NO idea the kind of havoc dogs could wreck on carpeting. I called a couple of places but the conversation I had with Shane at Elite was different than the three other places I tried, including Sears. Shane was very informative and engaging without becoming boring or overly technical. Also, he seemed to have a real sincere energy and enjoyment for what he was doing. Elite was on-time and the work done was absolutely incredible! Let me repeat that... THE WORK DONE WAS ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE! Our carpets had come to look so bad from the dog "accidents" and our own spills, etc. that I had resigned myself to expect an 80% or maybe a "B+" type result from the cleaning. I expected that not everything would come out, but theyd look better than not cleaning them. ELITE BLEW ME AWAY! Our carpets looked practically BRAND NEW! They easily looked restored to about 97% of their original look! No trace of dog whatsoever! No remnant of juice stains! Little sign of heavy traffic at the entry points. This was one of the few times that something I purchased actually EXCEEDED my expectations! To say I recommend Elite Carpet Cleaning is an understatement. I couldnt be happier with this company. They showed up on time and got my carpets cleaner than I have ever seen them. The rate was very reasonable and they were able to fit me in the day after I called. He cleaned all the areas I asked and even did an area rug and got it to look brand new. He was very kind and explained how to properly clean stains and spot treat. He even left a little solution for us to use in between cleanings. He was just awesome. I wish I could accurately detail how this compared to my other experiences with carpet cleaners, but I just cant even group them together enough to compare it. Seriously, if you need your carpets cleaned, this company is the absolute best I have EVER come in contact with!
