I am their current customer, read ex now, they are a nightmare in terms of co-ordination. They dont confirm my appointment till last minute. I have a bi-monthly clean understanding with them and they ask me not to call unless any changes. But once I took them for their word and didnt call on time,my time slot has been given away to someone else.I am not told about it until I call them, to confirm. How come? They gave it away to a long time customer,who gets cleaning done once a month.Am I not important, even after committing to a date and time .Now ,in this Holiday season they leave me stranded for their convenience. I work full-time and am unable to play around the day and time, other than what I had requested since beginning. Take whatever day and time they give or you dont get anything at all, is how it looks. They never call new customers, for initial feedback or first experience. 1 out of 3 times, I wasnt happy with the clean after spending so much money. I am disappointed with their attitude!

I looked around for a while and Molly Maids was by far the most reasonable and cleaned the most for that price (others wouldnt clean the stove, microwave, mirrors, or some combination of, etc - they do all that!). My first cleaning was fantastic! I had a ton of construction going on in my house and Gabby and Krystal came in and made the place spotless - from the ceiling to the baseboards. It was such a huge relief, especially with little ones crawling around. They have now done 3 more cleans and never once have I had anything to complain about. One of those times I was at home and they were extremely respectful and efficient. I love their service and I dont plan to ever cancel it while Im in Toledo, I would highly recommend Molly Maids.

I have never had my home cleaned professionally before and splurged to do this before my boyfriend came home from being gone for months. Best decision Ive ever made! Krystal and Kirsten did an impeccable job and went out of their way to do the small touches that make the biggest difference. I was at work for most of their work and when I got home, they were so friendly and trustworthy. I was concerned about having people in my house while I was gone but they gave me such a piece of mind. I have three Great Danes and they were amazing with my dogs and all of the mess that dogs bring. I cant praise these ladies enough. Will definitely be doing service with them again.

Terrible cleaning job. Had to go back over the entire house and reclean once they left. When they were here I had to go through after they were done in a room and tell them what they missed. I was beyond disappointed. Now only was it a waste of my entire day, but it was a huge waste of money. I will never recommend this company for any cleaning needs. In fact, I will steer people away from them when they mention Molly Maid.

About the only service I can get out here in Dundee Mi so Im grateful for that. The team just left and they did a very good job today. Quality is not as consistent as I would like and I feel I pay a bit too much for the time they are usually here but overall, Im glad to have the service. They are good about taking and asking for feedback. I appreciate that too. If my cleaning gets more consistent, Ill update my rating.

Having Molly Maid clean my home is the most rewarding gift my husband could give me. With having 2 children in school with extra activities I have no time to clean my home. The maids come to my home every 2 weeks and I couldnt be happier about it. The girls are friendly and trustworthy, and do a fantastic job!

Molly Maid comes every two weeks. They do an amazing job. They clean areas that I didnt even know needed cleaning, until it was cleaned! I love how my house sparkles when they leave.
