THIS IS FOR THE EAST LOCATION. If I could leave less than 1 star I would have. This wife and husband owners are more worried about their "territory" and being rude than taking care of customers. With no availability, they would not allow their neighboring company (the NW location) to perform a last minute, 1-time service for my 8,100 sq foot home. I also received a called from the NW location apologizing and letting me know that they said no. The East location did not even bother to call me back!! I have called corporate to complain and they were mortified. They believe that neighboring locations can and should play nice with each other. OBVIOUSLY! What they do not understand is that we would have been happy to switch over to the East location after this one time cleaning.... but the way this was handled... we will NEVER use them. And I will go out of my way to make sure anyone living in the Bexley area will not use them and if they are, will recommend that they switch. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE DUE TO SELFISHNESS. YUUUUCCKKKKKK

My experience with Molly Maid East thus far has been phenomenal. There are two cleaners that are my absolute favorite. This woman and man team have always done an excellent job in cleaning my home. Their service is greatly appreciated and always welcomed. My home seems to have an air of crispness and freshness for at least a week (it seems) after have being serviced by Molly Maid East (specifically my two favorite cleaners). Not only do these cleaners provide excellent service, they both are very amiable and have inviting personalities. They always come with a smile on their face and joy in their voices. I recommend Molly Maid East to any individual in need of cleaning services for their home.

My Wife and I hired molly maid east to do a spring cleaning we wanted corners and base broads done, bathrooms done good, and all the hard to get to areas that are not normally done. When they left (15 mins early and a 10 min smoke break) I found that they never touched the base broads and did not dust the fireplace mantel hand prints still on the light switches and cobwebs still in the corners and furniture not dusted one bed room was only swept and soap scum still on shower doors called company they came back out and give my wife an attitude went she ask them to clean what they did not do they said they were not aloud to move anything to clean. VERY POOR JOB $300 wasted

Weve used Molly Maid services on a monthly basis for quite some time now, and weve always been very pleased. They show great attention to detail, leave countertops, surfaces and floors gleaming and even make the effort to try to place knickknacks back to their original position as much as possible.They also do a fabulous job on our bathrooms - tub, shower, etc. are sparkling when theyve finished. The team who works on our house is also very polite and respectful, another thing we appreciate. I actually view the day they come to clean as one of my favorite days of the month, thats how much our spotless home lifts my spirits! I definitely recommend them!

I just have a 1BR apartment that the crew visits monthly, sometimes more often. They always do a great job. This last visit I left a checklist, which they did. They do the unexpected as well as the expected. I enjoyed all the bed linens I had not neatly folded being refolded. Everything was *clean* as Id requested. Working my own business at home and a 40 hour job isnt easy. I dont get the time to keep up all the little things. Molly gets all the details I overlook. I look forward to using them from here on out.

I was having company over after short notice and called the office the same morning for an appointment. They were booked but I asked to be notified if there was a cancellation. I received a call a couple of hours later with a cancellation; they were able to get someone to my house in plenty of time to clean before company arrived. The team of Cayla and Ty did a fantastic job. They were pleasant, professional and thorough. Everything I asked for was done to perfection. Molly Maid East has gained a customer for life!

I have 6 kids and a Great Pyrenees dog and hired Molly Maid to do a deep clean. We could keep up on regular cleaning but extra cleaning - baseboards; tubs; cobwebs - was just never getting done. The two ladies did a great job and we love how clean our house feels. Really inspired me to get the kids to stop leaving their stuff everywhere and messing up my house!!! The office manager also stopped in the make sure things were going well.

Weve been using Molly Maid service for over seven years. We love them. The ladies are great, very professional and do a great job. They are very trustworthy. We have a pet bird that cannot tolerate strong cleaning chemical odors and whatever they use does a great job of cleaning without any overpowering odors. I highly recommend Molly Maid East!

Peggy and Phyllis were awesome - a wonderful first experience. We have tons of valuable knick-knacks, and "stuff" all over our house, and these ladies were amazing. Even our cats liked them! Our house looks like the day we moved in, only better. We will definitely recommend and reuse Molly Maid.
