I contracted the services of this company for a "move in" clean up. Ive read sooo many good reviews that I was confident they will do a great job. I specifically told them the areas of the house where I wanted them to concentrate as I was aware the house as a whole will be too much for them to do it well. They seemed to be receptive and explained me their limitations which I understood. I did expect for the floors to be swept/ mopped and for the kitchen cabinets (at the level of their height since they made a point about that ) to be cleaned. I trusted them and even though I was in the house I didnt want to be controlling their every step. I figured I was dealing with professionals who knew what their job was and what the exceptions of their clients are when it comes to "good service." I gave them a very generous tip as I was impressed with how they cleaned the showers and naively thought they would do the same job with the rest of the house. I was fooled. They didnt even sweep the floors, even though I asked them to mop them up. When I mopped the kitchen floor a day after the swifter wipe was "black" from the dirt I picked up, the cabinets were dusty not even wiped on the outside, the backslash was greasy...a mess. I had to clean the house myself. I dont think that spraying the counter tops and the mirrors is what you would expect for a "move in" clean. If that is the case, Molly Maids Rochester Hills needs to modify their training for their future employees including their supervisors who should be looking more in detail for those details. I really dont expect anything from the company, more than upset I am very disappointed. I reward good work when its done well, and I hate to say that I was naive in assuming rather than checking myself...but I though professionals are professionals no matter what...big mistake on my part to assume. Initially, I even considered using their services for monthly maintenance cleanings but I will not be doing that for sure!! Lesson learned!

I would DEFINITELY NOT recommend Molly Maid to clean anyones home. I think the only thing they did well was clean the shower. I asked for our home to be cleaned for a house showing to sell the home. Molly maids came through doing a lot of the surface jobs, but didnt do anything that was asked once I looked over the home a second time. The house wasnt difficult to do, because it was empty and already a little clean. I asked for bathroom draws to be cleaned, which were already empty ready for them to clean, but they were not cleaned. I asked for them to stain some of the wood in the home and NONE of it was done. I have to go back over and clean areas after they left. When I talked the Molly Maids on the phone I asked for them to do specific jobs, but when they came they were not sure what needed to be done. I had to tell them some of the jobs over, but they were not allowed to do some of they jobs, like cleaning vents. I wish they would have said that over the phone. They were miss leading. They offered to vacuum even though the floors really didnt need it. I let them do it, but I wish I hadnt. The wildly ran the vacuum across the floor, and there are the tracks on the floor to show it. They didnt vacuum in a straight pattern. I wouldnt have mind this as much, but the house needed to look good for a house showing. It look like they rushed through it and didnt know what they were doing. Again, I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND MOLLY MAIDS FOR CLEANING YOUR HOME. They are definitely are not worth $95/hr.

Molly Maids of Troy cleans our house. They do a wonderful job! I love coming home to a clean house. I would recommend them to anyone! They even give the nice little touches example folding the hand towels in the bathroom like a hotel would!! They let us know when our next appointment is before they leave. They very professional!!! I cant say enough about Molly Maid. My house is too big to keep up myself and the workers there are friendly and professional. They move through my house fairly quickly while causing minimal distractions while I work from home. They always clean everything and never skip anything and Im always happy when theyve been at my house.

First experience was great---Team came in disciplined to do a thorough job but when I noticed water streaks on laminate floor in kitchen they responded by immediately returning and redoing floor and they had a great attitude throughout the whole time! Late. Rude Clueless Lazy. Rushed. I specifically asked for some things to be done and returned to find nothing done to my satisfaction. There seems to be a lack of communication between the reception and the maids. I will never rehire from this service. Thanks for nothing!
