I thought they performed an acceptable job cleaning my carpets, not above average, but I appreciated their efforts, so I thought my search for a reliable, cost effective organization was over. Ive had them clean my carpets a couple times prior to this last visit, and everything went as to be expected on prior cleanings. But, this last visit wasnt what I had experienced in the past. I called for a price quote prior to my approval for their service by phone, and spoke to the president of the company, Mrs. Neumann I believe on a Saturday, and she quoted a price of $350. I asked if they still placed something to isolate the furniture legs from the carpet (it can cause rust stains) she told me yes, and that is part of the job, I considered it to be a courtesy, because it has been in the past. I also asked them to clean and condition our leather sofa, love seat, and recliner, she asked for a measurement over the phone, and then quoted $210, but her employee would have to evaluate the final price before performing the work by calling me. While they were on the job they were also supposed to measure the laundry room, and two bathrooms for a price quote to clean ceramic tile, then call me with the price for my consideration. The conversation went well and I considered the plan was set. After their employees arrived and performed the carpet cleaning, there was some type of communication lapse between both parties, because my wife was under the impression they wanted to charge $210 for a price quote. That is just a communication lapse because the company involved to many individuals. So, no big deal, move on. But when I returned home, the bill grew from the quoted $350 to "$460." I called them and asked how they could justify a $110 price increase. Dennis Neumann got on the phone and told me to talk to the employee who performed the work, the employee told me I was not charged high enough on the established past visits, and that I was charged to have the pads placed under the furniture because that was additional work, and the price quote was not valid by the president of the company. Dennis Neumann found this to be acceptable behavior from a representative of his wifes organization. I was shaken by this lack of regard for my future business, and lack of regard for past work performed. Then I asked about the price quote for the rest of the work I had originally asked for, so another appointment date was set for them to come out. The day before the appointment, I received a nasty gram from Dennis Neumann that they were concentrating their efforts on a certain subset of customers. He told me to call Modernistic because his team couldnt perform the task. I wouldnt refer, nor would I consider hiring this caliber of individuals again.

Between nicotine and the annual bags of topsoil, mulch, rocksalt, my SUV wasnt totally horrible but while also thinking of trading it in, I had them clean my SUV inside and out, including very light colored headliner and carpeting. I appreciated the choice of packages and really didnt mind paying a little extra for their pick-up and delivery! Aaron and his very nice partner (name? sorry!) picked up on time, asked if any particular concerns or stains, took notes. They returned my SUV at the end of the day with each and every nook and cranny COMPLETELY SPOTLESS!. (No doubt it helped my trade-in value!) Learned about their other services and had them come in to wash walls, ceilings and stairwell. Jason and Earl worked very hard but, honestly, after they left, I realized a couple things werent quite right. Called and discussed with DJ who came out the next day and then returned a few days later with Aaron and Nicole to straighten things out. No question about it: this company gives full thought to what they do, how they do it - from answering the phone to fairly and honestly standing behind their work. Perhaps a bit pricey in some regard but will not hesitate to call upon them again.

If I could give zero stars I would have. They charge $257 for an interior and interior clean and they couldnt even get the pet hair out of the back window carpet. I had to come home and take masking tape and remove it myself after they stated it was impossible to get out.... One piece of masking tape and two minutes of work and I removed it myself. I work at a car dealership its had my porters do a very good initial cleanup to it, there was no way that this price was warranted for the interior of the vehicle, there was very little that needed to be done to the inside of the car. Whatever product they use to clean the leather left a grease stain on my pants because they did not remove enough of the product and it was literally the most greasy disgusting Messy thing. I gave them a chance to call me and discuss the situation before I wrote this review and the first no one from the store called me back its been 48 hours I am at up in that ever going to visit with the company and are heading recommend you do not waste your money either!!

Confusing at best. I walk in to the office shown in 2 pictures "by owner" above. I did so in March 2017. I was handed a brochure (shown in second picture of lobby above) with a red car on the front. The young women who I spoke with in the lobby stated that Speed Clean Services hand washes cars. In the broucher everything is written out in detail and it all makes perfect sense (see photo I uploaded April 2017). I placed a phone call to Speed Clean Services on 4/14/2017 in order to get some detail work done on my car. I spoke with a gentleman who seemed in a hurry. I wanted to schedule "The Exterior Detail". First I wanted to make sure they truely hand wash as my carbon fiber hood and premium wheels should only be hand washed. The guy said they no longer hand wash. I stated the brochure I received from his staff a few weeks back stated other wise. He told me things changed and he had no real place to refer me to. Amazing how difficult it is to find a hand car wash in and or around the Motor City!!!

In time of need and panic Speedclean came in and took control of my problem when I had 6 of water in my basement. My outside main hose line broke and stuck open and ran directly downstairs.They came out worked with a plummer and handled everything. From fast response time to getting the water gone and cleaned up quickly then thru education on mold and how harmful it can be they quickly removed my drywall, and handled everything and even delt with my insuance company, we didnt have to do anything they worked fast and returned everything back to normal. If they took such detail on a huge job like mine imagine what they can do in smaller clean ups, carpet cleaning etc. There the only people ill let in my home.. Support family businesses they give you the personal touch. With a father and son team you cant go wrong. Lou Smith 1/3/16

We hired them to clean our home. They did the worst job ever. Left toilets, floors dirty. Didnt dust, later to find out that it needed to be specified and that they could come back out at their $150/hour rate to do so! Customer service was appalling, the company never returned our calls! We had to wait 6 days from day of cleaning and constantly call until we were able to actually discuss what had occurred, only to be given excuse after excuse! Worst carpet cleaning we have ever had, they failed to use the attachment tool and get the baseboards, stains and spots left. DO NOT USE THEM! There are so many other cleaning companies, go with another and spare yourself and avoid this one!
