I do not typically write reviews but Im making an exception because of the quality/cost ratio. I needed a few spaces and areas cleaned for a move out--just the basics--bathrooms, kitchen/fridge clean up and mopping wood floors. FIRST, it took 3 tries to even get them to return an inquiry for service! I sent an email request and called a couple of times and when I finally reached them, they said they had no record of this. ANYWAY... The cleaners did arrive promptly however, the result was extremely underwhelming. They finished in a couple of hours but I had to re-clean mirrors and other surfaces because they were streaked and smudged and the floors looked okay but were not really cleaned well. There was dirt and debris still on the floor (the result suggests that they didnt sweep and just pushed dirt around with dirty water) And although it saved some time for me, I expected a little bit more from such a well respected franchise--like NOT having to pay someone AND go behind them and re-do what I paid for. Maybe it was the particular cleaners that were assigned to do the work? At any rate, the experience has soured me on Molly Maids in general and I will neither use not recommend them in the future.

You pay for them to do the quickest possible imitation of a wipe down of countertops, sinks, tub, toilet tops and a quick vacuum of the traffic areas of the floors and a superficial mop. Almost seemed like a bad joke. She took her long duster and tapped a few spots on the blinds and furniture for some reason but did not even wipe most surfaces though she made a show of windexing the fronts of a a glass door. There were food spots left on the walls and appliances and under the table not even touched in the kitchen. Not build up or grime, it just wipes off with a damp cloth but not touched for some reason. Basically they dont touch anything and charge seventy dollars an hour for cleaning that they do not do. Get your refund! You will never get an actual cleaning here! What a joke.

As previously noted they do go fast, but my experience has been much better. They dont use bleach so getting grout clean takes a few times. they are courteous and efficient and do clean all surfaces and some windows i have pointed out. they dusted everything very thoroughly and are careful not to move wires from entertainment systems and such. my only wish is a more detailed floor mopping but even there they still do a god job.

Oh wow this was terrible. I had to sweep after they were done! I dont think 60% of the flat surfaces were even touched. The bathtub looked great and one bed was made. This was my first and last cleaning.
