Dawn to Dusk was the highest quote we received on our house cleaning but John assured us his crew would clean from top to bottom and leave us satisfied. The crew was supposedly scheduled for 4 hours but was here far less time. We returned home and the house smelled nice but the details were not done. It really seems that the crew didnt like dusting and it wasnt a floor to ceiling cleaning as promised. Ill only mention some of the specific things that I was told would be done: Tops of picture frames not dusted, shelves not touched, I specifically asked for 1 set of blinds to be cleaned and they werent touched (one of the crew returned and kind of wiped them), cobwebs in corners were left, NO vents were cleaned, kids bathroom still with handprints on walls, etc... John did send one of the crew members back to wipe the kitchen blinds and the prints off the bathroom wall but she was on limited time AND we had a party about to start. I was rushing through to finish the toy room as it was dusty and many kids were coming. Highly disappointed.

When the owner, John, came out to give us a quote, we felt very confident in the service. He did a walk-through and pointed out specific things that would be completed during the first deep clean service. However, when they came to do the deep clean, many of the items he specially pointed out were not completed. The tops of most picture frames, the fridge, light fixtures and shelves were not dusted. The doors and some cabinets did not seem to be wiped down as promised. The backsplash and bathroom vent was not touched. When I talked to Dawn, the co-owner, about how we were disappointed in the service because we were told a deep clean would hit all of that, she made many excuses. She stated that her girls are short and asked if I left a step ladder. She also said that they may not be able to get everything the first time and they will hit those spots the next time however, they left at least 45 minutes early. We felt like this "deep clean" was not worth the price...its $135 more than a general clean and many, simple things were left.

Lots of unfulfilled promises! Then no show on week two. When John the owner came and gave us a quote we had high hopes. Well after the first clean only about half of what was promised was done. We were quoted and paid for 4 hours for the first deep clean, only later to find out they left after 2.5 hours. (Which was not refunded) The floors literally had dirt and feet prints still on them. Called John the owner and he sent a girl out the next day to fix the mess the first crew left. 3 hours later the house looked decent so we had hope that maybe the first crew was just bad. John promised to never send them back and send a new crew the next time. Well the next time came and went and they never even showed up. John again had excuses that he had to fire people and needed to move the day of our cleaning.( mind you he didnt contact us before and would not answer his phone or respond to messages for 1.5 hours after our scheduled appointment) I can not warn people enough not to use this company!
