Molly Maid has come to represent clarity, thoroughness, effectiveness of every communication and contact, and consistent quality of the actual work. Methodical routine is combined with any needed improvisation for specific situations. Weve had two gift-certificate-redemption visits (2-3 hours each) over about 5-6 years, our initial deep clean, and about 4 routine visits, at this point (once including the oven, and once including the inside of the refrigerator and and freezer). Initial meeting with Brian was effective and meaningful; I noticed while Debbie and Chanise were doing the initial deep clean, I had this odd but wonderful feeling -- that I could lay my burdens down, let go -- just hearing someone else working in the house was wonderful. I was glad we had a week between initial meeting and initial deep cleaning visit, so I could declutter and get things out of the way that needed to go -- and then while they were here managed to let go and not micromanage their process (no point there). Debbie took our kitchen cabinets from furry with dust in places, to gleaming -- and from our conversation its clear that she visualizes even better, over time. They did a wonderful job of informing both me, *and* my mother, throughout the process -- not always easy, I imagine. This feels like one of the healthiest things Mom and I have ever done for ourselves -- and since their visit I seem to be picking off various messy zones (now more apparent) to address, from clearing the long-heaped kitchen table!

I very recently had the most degrading experience by the by a man who introduced himself with a card that read "owner" underneath his name of the Molly Maid of Birmingham. I live in a pretty standard home based on the neighborhood community in which this location services. I dont have any dogs or cats. Upon entering my home, the "owner" immediately "created" things that they dont do like clean mirrors, none of which I requested to be cleaned anyway. He made several racial undertone comments towards me and statements which would imply that his company did not wish to do business with people like me because I might "run and tell al my little friends and family". Please keep in mind that he was still STANDING in the foyer and had not seen the entire home. After meeting with him to get an estimate, of which he did not give me, I felt so low and undervalued as a customer. I repeatedly asked him why my home was not the right fit for his company but he gave me a bogus answer: something like "well you want us to dust your bookshelf". Excuse me, but is this not what your company is suppose to do??? Normally I never post anything but I havent been able to sleep since this occurred. And to think that this company supports women of domestic abuse? Wow? Really???

I dont know what I would do without these ladies! I recently had a hip replacement and cannot bend,lift, etc. so although I normally clean on my own, this is not only a necessity, but a special treat! I have team #5 (Kristine and Eden) and couldnt be happier!!! (If one is on a day off and a replacement is sent, they are always up to par as well!!) Im hoping I can find a way to keep them on schedule even after Im all better! :-)))

Overall experience was great!! The team we had on 4-20 was perfect - wish we could have them EVERY time! The members where Michele, Erica, and Monique - great job ladies!! :) Only giving a 4 because the team we had after, still did good - but when you notice the other team did better - well they kind of set the bar for the rest! Which isnt a bad thing, if youre the team that set the bar ;) Good job all around though - thanks! :)

These people are the best ! Do not waste your time with A small company or one person who is going to give you A "deal" I have worked two jobs for years and need this help so I have been through many clearners and I wish I would have called them sooner ! They are cheaper and clean better and more....... Hands down,anything or anyone else is A waste of time and money ! ! !
