I had a similar experience to Heather (although they told me on the phone they dont do weekend cleanings only M-F). I had a service scheduled for 2 months, specifically so I could get my house cleaned before having a baby. I confirmed the appointment 2 weeks before. I took off work in the morning so I could be there when the cleaners came. When my appointment day came, the cleaners did not show up at my appointment time (8:00am). I called, he claimed the cleaners showed up at the wrong place, and they could be at my place by 10:30am (How it could ever take 2.5 hrs to get to the right location is beyond me, so I assume this was just a lie). 11:00am rolls around and the cleaners are still not there. I ended up just calling, cancelling the appointment, and getting a refund from Groupon. However I could NOT review the service on Groupon because I didnt actually use the service. This was a total waste of time, and it was incredibly inconsiderate and unprofessional considering I took the morning off work to have this service done.

Unbelievably UNPROFESSIONAL about the way they manage their appointments and/or communicate their long delays which happen 100% of their appointments. While their team do a fairly ok cleaning job, their timeliness is pathetic to say the least. They are never ever on time. Like NEVER. And they come in not like minutes late, but hours late. And without any intimation of delay. In the last appointment, they came in 2 hours late, and there was not even a text or a call letting me know that they are going to be late. There have been many times when they have rescheduled the appointments in the last minute too. Plus their team hardly speaks English and it is a huge task to give them minimal directions through the cleaning period. If you have time in your hands, please find a different "professional" cleaning service..this one is clearly not.

We bought a groupon for cleaning services for them and asked for them to come clean on a Saturday. We had a date scheduled and they called the day before to cancel and reschedule. We rescheduled for another Saturday, then they just plum failed to show up. We tried rescheduling and they didnt show that Sat. and said they would be out the next day (Sunday) and they didnt show either. Overall, it was just an incredibly frustrating experience and they were not very respectful in communications. Not at all professional and they never ended up coming to clean for us. What a waste of time and frustrating experience!!

Purchased deal on living social. Called to redeem, no return call. Finally get a hold of someone and they assured me that would call back in an hour. After a couple repeated calls I cancelled living social deal. Then the owner called and told me in something that sounded like English but with a much different accent. He said it was fine to cancel deal and hung up
