Hired this company and was told I needed to do a whole house deep clean to start so that future cleans would just be maintenance. I have a rather large house so this was $200+ dollars for a crew of 4. (mind you my house is not what anyone would say is dirty in the first place, but I went along with it) I returned home to a house that was barely surface cleaned!! It literally had furniture dusted floors mopped and all basic surface cleaning done that I myself can breeze through and do in about an hour myself. I was completely confused at to what a crew of 4 people did all day?? I called the company and was told that they could send the same crew out to re-do it. UMMMM no thanks!! How about you come-out as a manager and owner and see for yourself what your crew did and then give me one that actually wants to do their job! Or give me my money back after you observe the terrible job that they did for yourself!! But that was not an option. I did not want to have the same lazy and I am sure pissed off crew back in my home to do nothing again. NO THANK YOU!! VERY disappointed and would NEVER recommend them to ANYONE. The only reason I am posting this is because they send me emails constantly for coupons or write a review for us!! HELLO I am the person that called complaining and you didnt want to look at what your crew did!! NOTE that to my account!

If you are looking to have all your narcotics and medications stolen then I highly recommend The Maids of Perrysburg. The crew that I had out to our home stole over $7,500 worth of narcotics and cancer drugs from our home along with an expensive designer Versace scarf valued at over $600. The worst part about it was they did it when we had been home and did not notice until after they left when I went to take the medications I am on. To think a company steals from a cancer patient is absolutely horrible. After the incident was reported within hours to the company and the owner we received a phone call denying that anything like that would have happened not even owning up to the fact that his employees stole from a client. It is shocking to me that they are even asking for a review from me. If you need to verify the information the Lucas County Sheriffs Office has a criminal report that was filed due to the nature of the crime and value of what was taken. I would never recommend them to anyone. The sad part was they did a great job at cleaning the home and little did we realize they would clean us out of medications as well. The even more sad part was our health insurance did not cover any more of the medications as we are quantity limited per month and had to pay out of pocket costing us over $1,000.

I cant thank your company enough. We were in the process of moving and our new home was completed earlier than expected. I had not cleaned for at least two or three weeks due to packing and appointments. We also had our daughters German Shepherd living with us. I was embarrassed that my daughter, Christina Engel, even hired someone to come in and see my (usually clean) house. My husband and I are in our seventies and after moving, to think of having to go back to the former house and thoroughly clean would have been over and above my coping ability. We thank you for the great service and spotless cleaning. As soon as my daughter and I went back to look at the house, we opened the door and could smell the cleaning products and we were sure everything was fresh and spotless - and it was. I even posted how wonderful The Maids are on my Facebook timeline. I will be more than happy to give you five stars. You earned them. Also, the card left said we had the "orange team". Orange team, whoever you are, thank you and God bless you for all you did.

I was amazed with the service that The Maids provided when they showed up to my house! They were down one team member, but the teamwork was still great. The owner/manager also came out at one point to help out so that everyone could stay on schedule. I could not believe how fast they worked. They are not kidding when they say that every surface of your house is cleaned when they work on your house. What I loved most was how this team of people did what I could do in an entire day or two, in just a few hours. We did a professional clean with them before putting our house on the market, and all I could think was that I wish I had used this service sooner. The whole experience was worth every penny. These women are great!

They are not very thorough. They miss dirt behind something , they do not want to move something to clean behind it or under it. They do not mop my floors clean , they leave dirt behind. I will not invite them back until they can do a very good job. I am sorry but I cannot trust them to do a good clean job.

They have been cleaning my apartment many years now. I work from home and they work around me with no problem. I get an extra thorough cleaning since a large crew comes in after cleaning bigger houses!
