Stop right here! Brite Touch Cleaning is it! No need to keep looking! Let me tell you! Melinda and her staff is amazing! The customer service and work ethic is above and beyond! My Fiance and I work fulltime and attend college AND are planning our wedding. With family coming in town we needed a little help so we decided to hire a cleaning company. Since this was our first time using this service I didnt know what to expect so I did my research. I found Melinda via google and read her reviews I decided that she was the one we would go with. Melinda arrived at my home on time and THROUGHLY cleaned our home from top to bottom! When I walked in the smell of FRESH-ness blew me away. It was really like a breath of fresh air. No stone or dust bunny for the matter; was left unturned. I even had 2 or three glasses in my sink and she cleaned that as well! Under our beds were spotless, our dressing tables were spik and span! Even the walls were wiped down from all the finger prints, the oven hood that I always had a hard time cleaning because of the grease was spotless! I didnt even want to use our bathroom.. it was TOO clean LOL! Melinda I know my home appreciated you and your staff for bringing it to life! I am truly thankful I found you and I assure you that I will try my best to keep it as clean as you made it! I definately recommend! I will be using this service from now on as a re-occuring customer!

Melinda did a move-in house cleaning for us and was very thorough with the job. She cleaned all the nooks and crannies, leaving no stone unturned. She knew that we have young children and made sure to sanitize all the knobs, handles and switches kids loooove to touch too. The very first night we moved in, I felt extremely comfortable knowing that the bathrooms were clean and sanitized for our use. The kitchen and floors also looked amazing. We had just had solid flooring put in the downstairs area so there had been a lot of dust everywhere. Once Melinda tackled the home, all of the debris was gone! I really like the fact that she uses HEPA equipment and allergen free products too. Everything looked and smelled amazing. I absolutely recommend Melinda for your house cleaning needs. She is pleasant, professional and works hard to make sure her customers are satisfied. She even called me prior to charging my credit card to make sure I was completely happy with her work. Wow, now thats really putting customer satisfaction first! Believe me, I will definitely be using Melinda with Brite Touch Cleaning services again. =)

I cant rave enough about the services from Melinda and her team. They listened to every preference I had for my home. The second cleaning they came back to my home with even further improvements from the first service which was already done well. Melinda is very quick to respond to inquiries. Will explain everything needed and the website and she are very clear on the services. No hidden fees or costs. Its so hard to find good and trustworthy services but Ive found one! They arrive on time and if they will be early or late you will get a call. My last appointment was from 10-12 and they showed up at 9:59! Im a perfectionist and have a bit of OCD so good reviews from me do not come easy. Im too the point where I do not like streaks on my microwave and stove. Even that Melinda makes sure is done correctly. You wont regret using Melinda and her team. Please contact them for services for your home or business.

I found Brite Touch and I will not use another cleaning company as long as Melinda stays in business. As a first time customer, I relied heavily on the reviews that were posted online. I was looking for a company that was reputable, professional and affordable. I hit the jackpot with Brite Touch. I appreciated the fact that all crew members were introduced to me upon entering the house. Its small details such as that, that eased my feelings about "strangers" coming to clean my home. I had a big, messy job that needed to get done on a very short timeline. In spite of the short notice, Melinda contacted me and took on the task of cleaning an embarrassingly grimy townhouse on a Saturday evening. The Brite Touch crew made the place look amazing! My move out inspection went wonderfully...the management was very impressed and commented several times on how clean everything was, Im such a fan, I plan to hire them to keep my new place looking top notch! Hire them...you wont be sorry. I have gone thru allot of illness and needed someone to come in and do a deep cleaning so I could at least get it back in shape so that a daily dusting woud do it....the owner is so personable and the staff...very professional, polite; and hard workers.
