Good Afternoon, I have heard of many place that are bad to work for but this has to be the worse place Imaginable. I have seen how they work there "Team mates" like a dog, and make you call in every night after your shift, which your usually not off the phone till 8pm. If you go in to leadership, you have to call all your people that are on your team and "break down" there day. They say they are molding you for there program, but in reality they are just making you work for 10 dollars an hour after you have trained for about 2 weeks, and thats at minimum wage (which they dont tell you in the hiring process), with no promotion in sight, there expectations are to high. They talk about a work life balance and how they will help you achieve that but in reality they are just making you put there business before your family even when you have small children, or children with disabilities. They promise you the world, In 9 months to a year; you could own your own Maid service. Negative, Some people have been there for years, and still have nothing to show for it. Just because it looks good doesnt mean it is. Half of what they are doing is Illegal, and has been reported to the Board of Labor. You are not allowed to look at your employee handbook, you are not even allowed to have it in that manner, they go over it with you in the beginning but its never touched again. They dont pay you for conference calls or the time your on the phone with your team. No paid vacation, even though it was promised, They over charge there clients as well, usually a maid service will be about 80 dollars, or less, but they charge there clients, 160 or more for "green" cleaning, which they will use chemicals and not tell there clients. I have seen them do this as well with clients that pay by hour if you are training, the price goes up double so instead of paying 35 an hour for your regular maid, your paying 70 for a person who isnt even cleaning your home. To who ever, I mean who ever gets there service know that they are scamming there employees. Youre paying for people who make about 10 an hour while the owners make 80% of the profit, there employees are over worked, and forced to put on a positive attitude and to always communicate with there managers and not one another. They are not allowed to "Cause Drama" meaning being able to have conversations with one another, In fear of losing there job, and or getting yelled at. There Executive assistant is your typical controlling A type, who doesnt care about how the employees. This individual thinks that the business is the only thing in life that matters, and doesnt understand life outside of the business, this person is cold, and comes off fake. I advice for anyone who sees them on indeed, or any other site thats hiring, and even on Angies list, it has them as #1 cleaning service in the area because they had a promotion going on if you did a 5 star rating, you would get a free cleaning which I first hand have experience, they asked this back in December and now after my friend has had them for 2 months I saw what it was. Please do your research before you hire and or apply to this place. IT IS A SCAM.

Maid Green was fabulous. I used Maid Green to clean my home because it is difficult for me to clean and i was having a large family gathering. They did an amazing job. Upon finishing the cleaning my home was left cleaner than i have gotten it in a long time. The cleaners were prompt, courteous, and i felt safe and secure leaving them in my home. They used products that sanitize the surfaces rather than disinfect which makes it much safer, something i didnt know before. I will recommend them to everyone and will absolutely use them again. The owner and office staff were friendly and helpful. Great company!!!

I love this company! When I lived in Michigan, it took for me forever to find a half decent cleaning company. Finally I found this one on Angies List and I was so happy with the service. I used them weekly until the day I moved out. At the time, Angela was one of the people who cleaned my apartment and I see now that shes continuing to grow within the company. Its great to know that I contributed to a company that not only values green products, but also hard work of its employees.
