I had a horrible experience with this company. I adored the thought of getting my home cleaned. My husband and I at the Chicago marathon couldnt wait to get our townhome cleaned. That all went downhill when Debra the manager didnt return our calls as to how the housecleaning was going. Fast forward to six hours later when I got an email that her staff couldnt get in to our home. Phone calls ignored. It took me telling her that I will post a Yelp review that finally got her attention. I finally got a phone call in which she lied that her staff called me at 9 am. Never happened. Steer clear !!! Trust me and if you need documentation I have it

I am a neat freak and a difficult customer to please for customer service sometimes. And Exclusive Maid Service met my expectations and exceeded them on the initial visit! They are professional, detailed, and timely. have had issues with other companies promising to come and clean and continuing rescheduling and charging way too much for a piss poor job. I would have to say that Exclusive Maid Service is worth every dollar, which is cheaper than most companies. You absolutely get your moneys worth with this company. I hope they continue to deliver such great service, because I plan to stick with them!

They did such a wonderful job on my home and left it fresh and clean. I enjoyed how they follow-up with you throughout the appointment and politely address any concerns they do encounter. I had my initial clean and was able to spot clean myself and it still looked wonderful. I definitely plan on returning to them and having a scheduled clean of my home. Thank you ladies!

I have been using Exclusive Maid Service for a couple years now. The maids have always been very courteous and professional and they do an excellent job. The company is really accommodating and flexible for my changing schedule and they are a delight to work with.
