FRAUD! BEWARE!. I hired this company to clean my house to get it ready to put up for sale. We previously had renters, and the house was very dirty. I liked Jason initially and was in hopes of a great job like he promised. I thought the initial quote was high, but the house was very dirty. We decided to spend about 10 hours ourselves cleaning the house. Additionally, we painted the whole house and had the floors redone. Everything was done except we wanted a little bit deeper clean. I spent two hours on the stove alone getting the majority of the grease off. I asked them to get the rest of the grease off of stove and cupboard above stove. I also asked the to wipe out the cupboards that were empty (which was all but three of them). I also asked that they clean out the already mostly clean freezer, clean the bathroom, wipe down baseboards, wipe down the mostly clean ceiling fans, clean 4 wooden window blinds, wipe out window jambs. They charged me $225 for supposedly doing these things. When I got there to review the job, I was very disappointed that the cupboards were still dirty - dust and crumbs (see pictures), the blinds not totally cleaned, window jambs left dirty, gunk still in freezer, stove and cupboards still very greasy. I was very disappointed and asked them to fix the job. I had to leave to go back to work. Later that day I went by house and saw that they had done nothing to fix the problems. I sent the pictures to Jason and told him I was very disappointed and that I wanted a refund or for him to fix the problem. The next day he and his wife went to "fix" the problem. When I arrived to check things there still was dirt and crumbs in the cabinets. Suzann told me "thats normal in houses that are new construction - the dust settles in after you clean it and shut the cupboards". UM...my house was built in 1926 and the kitchen remodel was done in 2008. That made ABSOLUTELY no sense at all. Then she tried to claim that they couldnt clean the cupboards because they were full. The house is vacant and only a couple cupboards had things in them. I was not even talking about those cupboards being cleaned. I ran my fingers across the ones that were totally EMPTY and showed her the dirt, dust and crumbs. I showed them the obvious dirt that was still there that they hadnt cleaned. Then they tried to argue that I expected them to to clean a house that should have taken 16 hours to clean in two hours. That is an all-out LIE. They told me what to expect for $150 to $200. They charged me $225 and only cleaned the bathroom (did not clean the cabinets in bathroom, I might add) and partially wiped down a few other things. If they would have said it would take 16 hours to do what I had asked, I would have never hired them. I have hired other cleaning services in the past to clean for me (Beacon Cleaning) who were much cheaper and did an awesome job. I wish I would have went with Beacon again. To top it all off - Suzann and Jason continued giving me odd excuses about their terrible job to the point that I had to ask them to leave my home. Jason would not leave. He continued arguing and making excuses. Finally, after 4 times of telling him to leave I had to threaten to call the police. He then said "go ahead and call the police". These people have NO IDEA what they are doing, how to run a business or how to wipe a cupboard. Run like hell.

Awful experience, would absolutely NOT recommend! This company does a terrible job, then forces customers to pay above the agreed upon price... or else, theyll sue in small claims court just to waste your time!!! In search of a cleaning company to clean our newly purchased home before we moved in, I hired this crew after speaking with Jason on the phone, and he seemed decent and described how great of a cleaning job they do, how reputable and experienced he and his wife are at cleaning. As it turns out, they sent their crew and neither Jason nor Suzann followed up to inspect the work, so when I visited the house, I actually thought they had not even come to clean yet. Cabinets we untouched, so all the spills, hair, other dirt from the previous home owners, was still left and definitely uncleaned. The floors had been lightly swept, maybe, but certainly not mopped or wet cleaned as I had discussed with Jason. The windows were still dirty, the bathrooms, sinks, bathtubs, absolutely everything that we had specifically asked to be cleaned was literally left disgusting. The bathroom sinks still had tooth paste spills from the prior home owners. Had this crew even lightly taken a paper towel to the sink, it would have cleaned off, but clearly they did not. I called Jason immediately, and even emailed him pictures of the condition of the house. He then proceeded to list out all the things that he claimed his crew cleaned, like the tops of the shower rod or tops of doors (as if this is more important than cleaning the bathroom sinks, or bath tubs), everything that he claimed they cleaned were things that a normal person would not prioritize. He was very unprofessional in our conversations and quite angry, despite the entire issue being his fault. I explained that we had a very specific conversation of all the items that I wanted cleaned before I hired him for the job, and I did not try to negotiate in price and was willing to pay a good amount of money for a proper cleaning, but this was not that cleaning. He was not willing to come to the home to see the condition his crew had left it in. In the few days that we were still going back and forth on email to try to come to an agreement, I was hand delivered a summons that Jason was suing me in small claims court, for an amount above what we had agreed, and including his legal fees. Of course, like any other working professional, I dont have the time to waste in court; and this is exactly how Jason and Suzann run this business - they know customers wont waste time arguing in court, and will just pay to get rid of them. Completely horrible experience, absolutely would not recommend, unless you want to get sued!

Crystal has been doing a super job for me for the better part of a year. Moving from city to city every 2 or 3 years, it is difficult to find services. The house cleaner and the dentist are the two that are particularly challenging. Lets just say, Im still looking for the right dentist. I am grateful for Crystals professionalism. She is punctual and respectful of my home and time. She (and her crew) are thorough and agreeable. I have yet to ask for anything they werent happily willing to provide. Crystal & crew are the best!
