Ive been a weekly customer for about 18 months. Everything was wonderful and the service we were provided was superb. Approximately one week ago, we were notified that our weekly rate was increasing by 33% - which was a significant change. I emailed the company to express that an additional cost of over $100 a month felt pretty excessive given that Im a weekly customer and have referred friends to their service. We discussed the scope of services, I suggested a compromise on services in order to maintain our current rate, and we agreed to move forward. Today, out of nowhere, I got an email that they decided our compromise was unacceptable and they were going to cancel all our services. They know that I am currently injured, depend on their service to help me, and have now left me in a bind with no prior notice. Frankly, I find that unacceptable and unprofessional. I will never do business with this company again and hope that others will heed the warning as well. Check out our further correspondence on Facebook for more of the utter madness!

Ive been on the fence about hiring a professional cleaning service for a while but with a baby and two cats finally decided that it was time. And now that theyve come I cant believe I waited so long... my apartment has never been so clean!! They got every nook and cranny, and even cleaned the oven and fridge. Communicating with When I Say Maid was a breeze- from the initial phone call to follow up texts, they quick to reply and I love that I could pay via easily. Overall I could not be more pleased, and will look forward to them coming every month!

I have been using "When I Say Maid" for about six months. The cleanings are excellent. You are encouraged to work with your personal provider to tell her exactly what and how you like things cleaned ( I like my floors cleaned with vinegar and my shower with a bleach product). The list they provide in each cleaning is very complete. Everyone is very pleasant and easy to reach. Ive had to change a few of my days and they are very accommodating. I would encourage anyone to use this service. The price is reasonable.

"When I Say Maid" Cleaning service was absolutely amazing. I am a self proclaimed clean freak and am extremely particular about the way my apartment is cleaned. they did an absolutely fabulous job and my apartment has never looked better. they answered the first time I called, and fit me into her schedule at the very last minute. There is no better feeling than stepping into a sparkling clean apartment. I will only be using their services going forward!

Ive used this service several times and theyve always done an excellent job. Their team of cleaners are always careful to follow specific instructions/requests in regards to cleaners to use and follow very specific care instructions for my furniture and appliances (I have stainless steel appliances and granite countertops). If you hate cleaning or just dont have the time, I highly recommend this service.
