During the initial call for a quotation, this was a pleasant experience. Friendly woman on the phone. My issue is not with the quality of the cleaning they actually did do, the people who came to clean did a good job cleaning the property. This was a move-out clean that needed the carpets cleaned. When I called for the quote, I also got a price for the carpet cleaning. She knew what we needed done, so when I called back to schedule I thought nothing more of it. We advised the property management that we were out of the unit and everything was cleaned professionally, we moved out of state so really had to trust they did their job. Until we got a call from the property management saying the carpets were not cleaned. When I tried calling back I was told that I did not confirm that I needed this service so it was not done. They would be more than happy to go back to the property and clean the carpets, but they would charge us full price. It would have been one thing for this woman to apologize for the inconvenience and accept responsibility and tell me there was nothing they could do regarding the cost, but to tell me I NEEDED to confirm? That is NOT my job. That is theirs. I "confirmed" the services I needed at the time I got the quote. Ridiculous. No one is perfect, everyone makes mistakes and this wasnt the end of the world, as they did go back and clean the carpets. I would have been much happier with a little more tact and respect.

Outstanding. But I need to set the stage so it is clear this isnt just a puff review. I asked The Maids to do a deep clean of my fathers house in Bel Air Beach Florida. My father is 91 years old. My mother had passed away seven years ago. The four children all whom live far away have been trying to get my father to get a housekeeping service for the last six years. To no avail. To say that the house was Almost unlivable is an understatement. At least one of us children visit every couple of months and spend a weekend. Most of which was devoted to trying to clean the house. There had been a major rodent infestation ( exterminators and maybe the Ghostbusters were called in!). The Maids quoted me an hourly rate. Told me that the Normal deep clean took somewhere between one and a half and three hours. They arrived promptly, professionally, and begin work. Five hours later they left . The house was livable again. I no longer fear setting something down on the kitchen counter. Or using the bathroom. You could see through all of the windows again, the sliding glass door was usable again the floors were clean again. We arranged for a biweekly cleaning and are extraordinarily happy. I would recommend this company to anybody who needs the services of a bonded licensed insured and Better Business Bureau rated company. That gave me the confidence to allow them to service my 91-year-old fathers house.

I have never tried so hard to obtain services, however, no return phone calls on my request. Too bad as I was only looking for the deep cleaning service of my bathrooms, however, another service who answered and returned phone talked me into maid service twice a week cleanings. Not sure how this company is staying in business.
