Unlike hiring cleaning staff directly, I like being able to just pay my bill and, magically, people show up and clean my house. I dont hear about vacations (Molly Maid has other staff who can fill in), I dont have to worry about filing taxes (which matters, because the IRS is going after employers who "think" a house cleaner is an independent contractor, but who is really an employee), and I dont have to worry about the care of my home and its contents (because Molly Maid provides its employees with plenty of work, a decent wage, and provides me with the assurance that they want to keep their good reputation and backs that with insurance, background checks, etc). For me, these things make Molly Maid a more care-free choice ... because THEY have to put in all the care ... I just pay and get cleaned! Easy!

This review is not for the cleaning. I was never able to have my house cleaned by this company. Typically, cleaning services will use what products you request to be used in your home. I was put on hold twice when asking questions about getting my house deep-cleaned...then told that their cleaners will not use a product to polish my furniture. They will simply dust it. When I am paying for a cleaning service, I would like to have my furniture polished. I would also like to be told that yes, I may have my products that I use and trust be used in my home when I am paying a lot of money to have it cleaned. Im sure the cleaners are great, but customer service is not, in my opinion. I was shut down on asking about cleaning products from Molly.

I have been a customer of Molly Maid for over a year now and truly feel spoiled every time my house gets cleaned. I love the "Cleaning Angels" that clean my home with such thoroughness and care. I feel they treat my home as if it were their own when it comes to cleaning. Theres nothing better than coming home from work to see my house sparkling clean! I have had to change some cleaning dates and Molly and her staff have always done the best to accommodate my needs. I feel a deep sense of dedication from all of them. I have used other cleaning services in the past but Molly Maids are by far the best! Happy in Westlake!

The ladies clean thoroughly each time they come, including things like ceiling fan blades, dusting well, cleaning all floors, among all they do. They are also personally clean, a pleasure to have in the house, and have become friends of mine. I am discontinuing their service ONLY because I am moving to a retirement facility where cleaning is provided as part of the package deal there.
