Suzanne came out and met with me on a weekend. I actually live in St. Augustine and I was looking for a cleaning company for my elderly parents who live in Clearwater. After meeting with multiple cleaning companies, I selected The Royal Maid service and Im so glad that I did. My mom has told me repeatedly that their home received the best cleaning to date from The Royal Maid Service. While they were cleaning a shower head got broken and they left a note and called me immediately to tell me what had happened. They offered to fix it and apologized. I was actually thrilled for two reasons: Number one, it shows honesty that an accident happened and they reported it immediately. Number two, if a shower head broke that means that they were actually doing a very thorough cleaning in the shower area. YAY! I really cant say enough good things about The Royal Maid Service and I feel fortunate that they will be cleaning my parents home every two weeks.

I used this service several years ago and had a terrible experience one of my frame photographs was broken and the remote control I missing.....I also had a diamond ring that went missing. I made several phone calls. To the owner and eventually he stopped answering the phone.......I thought this company was supposed to be licensed bonded and insured and they completely dumped me ......quit answering the phone and my items were never replaced.......they are not honest people!

It was my first time with the service, and they did a superb job at a fair price that makes it affordable for me on a monthly basis. Their ladies were nice, professional and were done in no time! Im gone quite a bit, so its nice to know someones taking care of my place whether Im there or not - and mainly because it takes that one huge chore off my back. Thank you!

I can not survive without "my Royal Maids". I am disabled and my maids go over and above their regular cleaning to make my life easier for me. My house is always clean and in perfect order when they leave.I have had this service for at least six years and have never had one complaint.They always do an excellent job.

I had royal maids and I would not have them back. They did not change the sheets.I had them out.Did not vacuum the chairs in kitchenette.When I called she said the bill was 205.00.When I told what was done she said how about even 200.00.Left dirty towel also.
