I wouldnt hire them again. They did send two girls who came with their own cleaning supplies. They arrived right on time and were very polite and worked quietly. But then they left with my washcloth I had in the kitchen. I did call and was told they would return it, but never heard from them. It wasnt a kitchen cloth, but a thick bathroom washcloth. That might not be so bad but they never swept my bedroom floor. I cant understand missing that because the two cleaners had one bedroom, one bathroom and one kitchen in a very small house -- no laundry room area, which I clean as it is where my cats food and litter is. The second bedroom is a computer room, with electronics and cables, and I closed the door so they didnt have to do anything in there. I didnt have windows done, there was nothing special I just wanted a good cleaning though I did say focus on the bath and kitchen, I think they could have swept the bedroom floor and left my washcloth. This is the second time in about five or six years I have used this company, and this is also the second time I was missing something, only then it was something more important. A lesson learned. I could have hired others who were willing to do my house for less, but silly me I thought the cheapest isnt always the best. They did get most everything else clean, but nothing special.

Hated it! The two maids were late, had trouble finding my apartment even thought directions were explicitly given, and did a horrible job. Nothing was cleaned THOROUGHLY, the countertops and desk surfaces were hastily wiped and had marks, the bathroom could have been cleaned better, they completely neglected the oven and toaster, and they even had the audacity of leaving a dirty rag in my white IKEA couch. I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau over this breach of business contract!

Hiring a someone to clean my apartment was one of the best decisions that I have made. After working long hours the last thing I want to do is clean when I come home. Now, I can relax because when I come home, the place is pristine. They consistantly pay attention to the little details including washing the dishes, straightening the bed, taking out the garbage - even when I have left the place a mess. The quality of their work has remained consistantly high.

Royal Maid Service does a great job cleaning our furnished condos for Kens Corporate Housing. They have clean our condos at Grand Key, Madison SoHo, and Harbor Island locations. They can follow instructions and get the job done right the first time. On the rare occasion they missed something, Royal Maids were happy to return and make it right. We are happy with their service.

They were great! I called at 9am for help sometime this week, they were at my house at 1:30pm the same day. They did a great job, they were very nice, and a complete deep clean only took 2 hours - I am very satisfied and will call them again! Prices are also completely reasonable.

Great company with fantastic employees. They are extremely polite, I trust them to clean when I am not there and they notify me 1-2 days in advance prior to coming each visit. Very flexible with scheduling and I have always bee satisfied with the job they do
