My roommates and I decided to use Molly Maid for an end of the year deep clean of our house after reading many good reviews online. Unfortunately, many aspects of this service were disappointing to us. Firstly, there was an overall lack of professionalism, ranging from one of the ladies being on her phone, clearly discussing the cleanliness of our house to the other person on the phone for a majority of her time cleaning, the two ladies exchanging gagging noises and laughing when discussing the uncleanliness of our home (when my roommate was in her room with her door open not 10 feet away), and a general slow pace of work, and at least two instances where we were told they could not clean a certain area (something on the floor wouldnt come off, unable to remove rust from bathroom). This would have been fine, but upon further inspection, we were easily able to remove these spots with a bit of scrubbing. Also, our cleaners postponed our cleaning from 1:30 to 5:30 the day of, and still arrived 20 minutes late at 5:50. Additionally, we paid for two full hours of work for two cleaners, but they left 20 minutes early at 6:30, and still told us that they didnt have time to complete many areas. Upon further inspection of the cleaned areas after they left, we found that they had left many corners uncleaned, due to what seemed like plain laziness. After reading these reviews, we expected a thorough, deep-clean, but we were left feeling very gypped.

We called Molly maids to come and specifically do a deep clean of our kitchen and bathrooms before we moved in to a new rental condo. We specifically asked that they cleaned the inside of the cabinets and refrigerator. They came and did not clean the inside of either the cabinets or refrigerator so we had them come back out for their satisfaction guarantee (in the mean time we had to move our stuff in to the apartment). They cleaned the inside of the cabinets, although left areas that could have been (and were later) easily removed with a rag. They claimed they could not clean the refrigerator due to it being full (it had items in it due to having to move in that were set in 2 specific corners to work around and move. We were very dissatisfied with the work and requested a refund after sending an email with pictures. we received 50% of our money back. Were very dissatisfied in the lack of communication and thourghouness of their work.

I wish I could put zero stars. Worst company i have EVER worked with. I hired them to clean a home prior to my move in. After their "cleaning services" were complete, I came home to a dirty home. My feet were dirty, there was residue all in the sink and bathroom, i requested the basement to have a cleaning which they did not do but said they did. In no way did they actually clean the home at all. After getting in contact with the local molly maid representatives, they were nothing short of rude to me when i tried to resolve the issue (which took 4 weeks). I DO NOT recommend them to anyone. Dont waste your time or money.

Unprofessional!!!! I scheduled a move out clean the day before I was to take pics of my house to put on the market. The maids showed up and declared I had received "a good team" that day for my clean up. They proceded to pour Ajax all over my bathroom and then went back to their car saying "they werent on the clock." I then received a call from dispatch saying the maids werent going to clean my house. They left in their car never saying a word to me. To be fair Gina the manager for Ann arbor offered to send another team out, but I had already scheduled a new maid service. Just completely unprofessional.

I am very happy with my team, Ryo and Jasmine, they do a great job! Ryo, as the team lead, is not only professional but very personable, it makes a really big difference. I recommend Molly Maid for anyone who wants a cleaning company who will stand by their work. If I get a different team, the results arent always the same but Molly Maid will send someone back for a redo if I wish. Working with the office staff and the franchise owner has always been a very positive experience.

I have a regular cleaning lady that I love. However, she hurt her back and had to leave my house without cleaning it this week. I was having a very stressful week and could not imagine spending my entire weekend cleaning....so I called Molly Maid. They scheduled my house for a cleaning the very next day. When I got home from work that night, the house was spotless. Thank you so much for being so professional and helping me out! I will definitely use Molly Maid again!!!

Our team led by Ryo is excellent! For us, consistency is important as is the thorough cleaning job. The team arrives when expected; they are friendly and responsive to our requests. They split up the chores and are done in an efficient manner. We have been very satisfied with this team.

I do not recommend this companys service. Maids didnt finish their job properly so complain about their service. The staffs at Molly Maid kept giving me excuses.. Horrible service and terrible managing clients complaints.

Weve had Molly Maids for over a year now. Our current team #21 of Christine and Kaitlynn are amazing. Everything smells so wonderfully clean and they always do all the little extras to make us feel taken care of.
