Honestly, I think this service would have been great but Id never know that. The manager of the Decatur location came out to give me an estimate . She was nice and professional , but thats where my compliments end. I called back to request another quote for monthly service. She finally got back to me and said shed call back with a quote . She never did. Ive contacted the call center several times and every time they say they leave a message with my name and number for the manager to call back, but Im still waiting . Its been over a month. Based on their inconsistency with communication, I wouldnt trust them with my home.

The Receptionist was a bit rude. She stated that my area which is in Decatur does not accept one time only cleaning services. I am a landlord with multiple properties. I can understand having a policy but when I asked where would a landlord go to receive move out move in cleaning service. she hung up on me. I dont understand how they got 4 stars. I normally dont leave bad reviews. But as a landlord who prides himself on creating value for my tenants. I hold any subcontractor potential or otherwise to the same minimum standard. Treat me as you want to be treated.

Ive used The Cleaning Authority for several years, and have enjoyed their help. I appreciate their special cleaning rotation service, in which alternating areas of the house get deep cleaned periodically. Weve had only one incident (an accidental glass breakage) in all those years, and Rich handled it quickly and kindly. They handle last-minute rescheduling without an issue, and they are typically on time for their scheduled dates. Ive recommended them to several friends whove also been very pleased.

I have been using The Cleaning Authority (on and off) for several years now. In an effort to cut back on expenses, I stopped using their services for a short while and found that I just could not do without them. Although I am still working full-time, I find that I am no longer able to reach the high spots or low spots that I once could when I was younger. Personnel are always nice and accommodating and make every effort to "do it my way". It is such a great feeling to come home to a clean house!!

They charge extra for the initial 2 cleanings. This first was spectacular and I was singing their praises to my friends. During the second cleaning they left my house unlocked and didnt do the deep cleaning I paid for. I asked for a refund of the difference between the deep clean and the standard clean (a $55 difference) and the owner agreed. Ive been waiting over a month and still no refund.
