Im really disappointed in Maid Right of Roswell. First, they came to my house and did a great presentation, so much so that I decided to hire them even though they werent the best value. I was told I needed an initial clean even though my house was already cleaned. The initial clean was charged at $70 an hour for a maximum of 4 hours but since my house was clean it should take only 2 1/2 - 3 hrs maximum. I agreed thinking my first clean was going to be a whopping $210 at most but after the clean I was told it was $280. I was shocked because the representative was so impressed at how clean my house. Oh well, then I tried to pin down a future date for upcoming cleans. I gave them a few weeks to get back to me and when they didnt, except for payment of the initial clean, I contacted them. A day later I got a phone call for a date for the 1st regular cleaning. A day before I got a phone call saying they would have to reschedule and they would get back to me. As of yet, no phone call. I feel I was sold a false bill of goods and thought I was dealing with a reputable and honest company. I got burned.

I worked for this company for a total of 8 hours last week. I was that this would be a full time position, but clearly I was lied to. I have not been called in for any new work, as I was only used as a fill in. I have other job opportunities, but Im disappointed that I wasted my time, money, and effort here. I was told on the first day that I would recieve my first paycheck in a month. I mentioned to the managers that I was not in a position to wait that long, so we agreed that I would get paid bi weekly, in writing. My calls are not being returned, I dropped off my uniform (recorded) and now Im getting the run around. Really? Its only about 8 hours owed. I thought they were good people, so Im disappointed, and its sad that I had to reach out to a higher authority to enforce my employee rights. You cannot do good business by treating your employees this way

The entire team did a wonderful, thorough cleaning job on my condo. After renovations there was dust and debris everything, but this amazing team did a fantastic job. I would not recommend this company. They quit on us after three cleanings because my 12-year-old stepson wouldnt get out of bed. They didnt even tell us they were quitting -- they just left the key to our house in our mailbox.
