I hired Maidpro to clean just 2 full bathrooms and the kitchen in my home. I also opted to have the inside of my oven cleaned. I reserved with "Eula" and specifically indicated I had severe asthma and asked if the products were green, as I cannot tolerate harsh chemical smells. She said they utilize green products, with the exception of comet and fabuloso, which they would not use. My appointment was for 12:30. I left work early just to be present. A car finally arrived around 12:45, then proceeded to just idle in my driveway for nearly an hour. I had errands to run, so I left and upon leaving asked the provider what was going on. "Kimberly" stated she was awaiting another provider and that she was just a "trainer." I told her someone should have the courtesy to at least call when they are running behind and to call me when they had it together. Moments later, I called Eula, who restated what Kimberly stated. I told her I had left the door open and the ladies could begin working. Ernestine was the other provider and apologized upon meeting her. Long story short, the ladies used very harsh chemicals to clean the rooms. The secondary bathroom still had a ring in the toilet bowl. They failed to wear shoe covers. Most egregious, however, is the kitchen. The microwave was not fully clean on the outside. The floor still had plenty of debris. Lastly, I asked if the oven was safe to use and Ernestine said yes. A half an hour later, when I attempted to use the oven, it smoked profusely, setting off my smoke alarm and my asthma. My daughter and I had to leave, while the smoke cleared. The next day, the same thing happened. I ended up having to pull out the grates and clean what was thick layers of chemicals and plenty of grime out of my oven. It took another day to fully be rid of the smell. I provided feedback to Maidpro, who (Eula) offered no solution, rather asked for payment. $129.00 for a half job at best.

I scheduled a detailed cleaning of my entire home with Maid Pro Fayetteville. The appointment process was very easy; in fact, I had to reschedule the appointment and the owner Eula Rodney was very accommodating. The two cleaning staff members that arrived were professional and gave great detail to the areas that needed the most attention. Little touches like rearranging the vanity, dresser and counter top items were noticed and appreciated. The baseboard cleaning was completed nicely too.

ZERO stars (Forced to give the one star above) The worst cleaning people weve ever had. Two people came and spent most of the time discussing what they were doing and they made us feell that we should watch their every move. Didnt feel comfortable with them in our house. They only cleaned a few select places and we had to clean our house after they left. It also seemed as though we/they were talking to INDIA.

Have now used Maid Pro Fayetteville for a number of years. Their service, accommodation, punctuality, and thoroughness was top drawer the first time we used them, and continues to this date. What sets Maid Pro Fayetteville apart from so many other services is the OUTSTANDING attitude of their staff and service providers. It has been consistent over the years. Must be great leadership at the top!

When my former roomate moved out I had MaidPro come in and clean my home. They did a great job cleaning, scrubbing and sanitizing the bathrooms. The floors were really good too. My new roomate was very impresed with how well the home looked and smelled. Thanks to MaidPro for doing an awesome job!
