So far so good on the customer service side. I am stationed outside of Ohio and needed my house cleaned after I had tenants who lets just say, were not the model tenants...Chad was more than friendly and assured me his crew would get my house in top notch shape before my return this week. I come to town tomorrow and will update the review after I see how they did. I am all about some good customer service, so hopefully the work this crew did matches my interactions thus far. I will keep you updated after my trip, but so far I definitely would recommend this company based purely on my interactions via telephone!

Final Touch does GREAT work! I buy and sell homes and always have Final Touch come through when the project is complete -- their attention to detail is flat out impressive. The owner, Chad, personally asks me what items to have his crew focus on prior to cleanings and I think this makes a huge difference compared to other larger companies who seem like they dont care. Support a great local company if you need anything cleaned!

I am so pleased with the great job Final Touch did for us! I hired them to come do some cleaning at my dads house while he is in the hospital and Kate did a fantastic job! She took a pretty gross bathroom and made it sparkle (quite literally)! She also did a great job on the kitchen. Thanks Kate!!
