We recently tried Top Mops for both a deluxe and maintenance cleaning. Happy to pay a premium for great service, but we noticed that several checklist items were not performed on each visit. While my initial feedback to management was not met with the most customer friendly response, I was impressed that the owner personally reached out and expressed her desire to be able to offer a better experience in the future. As such, I would be willing to try them for another deluxe cleaning sometime.

We have been using TopMops for over 5 or 6 months. They are very helpful and accommodating because I have developed a dust allergy, so they dust per my request using my dusters.
