After moving out of a condo I really didnt feel like cleaning so I called Molly Maid. Id never used them before, but I wanted an established name, someone bonded and insured not a stranger off Craigslist. They came, they cleaned, then left. I did a once over and things looked clean so I paid them and thought that was the end of it...boy was I wrong. The owner of the condo had to have it re-cleaned since they didnt even touch the toilets and the kitchen was filthy. Better yet they broke the sink drain in the bathroom, another $175 of my deposit Ill never see again. Ill admit I should have looked more closely but theres no excuse for not doing a through job and breaking something and not telling me. I called them today to let them know about the damage and insufficient job, speaking to Amanda. She then tells me since its been a few weeks (I moved out mid-month and the condo sat empty since then, I just found out about the dirtiness and damage two days ago) theres nothing they can do. Not offering to pay for the damage, not offering to refund me for a horrible job, nothing. Now Im waiting to hear back from the owner to see about getting the damage paid for at least, since theyre supposedly insured against such occurrences. We will see...

I provided specific and clear instructions to this company, which they completely disregarded, placing me in a huge bind for a property getting photographed for listing. While they cleaned toilets and showers, they failed to perform the most basic of cosmetic cleaning to prepare the house for photographs. Unfortunately, there is a large disconnect between management and staff following instructions. I will not be contacting this company at any time in the future to clean any of my other properties. Seriously disappointed.

I have two boys, a husband, a dog, and a cat. I can barely keep things picked up, let alone actually clean, dust, vacuum, or sanitize anything. As a result, Ive been depressed and didnt want to spend anytime at home. Then I decided to let Molly Maids rescue me...and they did! Friendly and efficient, they removed years of grime and sadness. three people took two and half hours ( thats a total of 6 and half hour) to clean only the second level of a three bedroom condo and kitchen, condo total size is 1300sq. ft. Left the oven with the cleaning agent on it and reported to their office that the blinds were broken in the house when there was not a single blind broken. It was a rip off. Will never hire them again.
