A few months ago I had company arriving a few days earlier than expected and reached out to a few different cleaning service companies in our area to see if anyone could accommodate us last minute. MaidPro was great about contacting me back immediately & fit us in their schedule for 2 days later. Shawn has been a tremendous help! Due to them having such wonderful customer service & doing such a wonderful job, I quickly booked them in advance for the following month & decided to enroll in their monthly membership. They have now provided us with 3 great experiences and they adore our dogs like their own, which makes me even more appreciative of everything they do. Keep up the great work!!

Weve been using MaidPro for over a year, and have consistently have excellent results. The management team is responsive and flexible, the team members have been friendly, attentive, and open to feedback. Communication is never an issue. The very few times that Ive had a concern about a detail of a clean, the team has been back in less than 24 hours to fix the issue. No sighing or irritation about it, either. Im comfortable leaving my house key with them as well, so they can clean when Im not here to let them in. (The best thing on earth is coming back from vacation to a cleaned house)

Not a happy ending here. Cleaning lady used a Scotch Brite pad on the stainless steel microwave door.....scratched it all up. Mgr agreed to fix issue but once total cost to replace the door and control panel was over $180.00 they refused to re-imburse me...but did agree to give me discounts on future cleaning - not going to happen. Well, I am out the $180.00 and my time for replacing the damaged door on the unit. Will NOT ever do business with these folks....and advise you not to either.

I was very happy with the service I got from Maidpro last week! I have used a couple of other cleaners in town and never booked them again because I felt the service we received was not worth the price they charged. But Maidpro was worth every penny and was actually very affordable. The 2 ladies who cleaned my home did a fantastic job! They were courteous, professional and fast. I will definitely be scheduling them to come back again soon.

My most recent experience with MaidPro was absolutely great! My home was thoroughly cleaned from the squeaky clean bathrooms to the shining hardwood flooring. The products used didnt leave an overbearing scent but just a very light scent of cleanliness. I will use MaidPro again and again!
