So I have to say their services plummeted after a while. I was really pleased at first with the company. The last few cleans they didnt vacuum, take the trash out, or make the beds as they are supposed to. When I called I was told that my 8lb dog made too much of a mess everywhere and they were unable to clean around it. There was one accident by the door. Doesnt really explain why the trash wasnt removed, things werent vacuumed, or dusted....pass on this company and try a different one. They arent cheap and they dont follow through.

Three strikes and theyre out! They made a big show of what they will do, but did not stick with it. The first clean was mediocre, and they tried to fix it with a QA follow-up and promises. The second clean was acceptable. The third clean was pitiful. My house looked and felt like a couple of children tried to clean it! And no QA check-in. I have lined up another company for next month...

Though The Cleaning Authority was remiss in not returning phone calls and in not scheduling cleaning as promised, I was very impressed with Erins willingness to take full responsibility for this and for apologizing profusely. Now that is what good customer service should look like!
