They were great the first few times they came. I scheduled them for the third week each month. They did an excellent job. They did not come the month of November during the 3rd week. She called the day or two before Thanksgiving saying they were coming to clean. My company had already arrived for the holidays. I told her they could not come since my company was already here, that they were supposed to come the week before. I have not heard from them since. They had been running ads on the TV for deep cleanings for the holidays. Guess I was bumped since I was a monthly regular for a deep cleaning appointment, more money.

Overall this cleaning service performed very well (4.5 stars). Four people cleaned our 2500 sq ft house in approximately 5.5 hours. They were very courteous, polite, and even when the GFCI tripped on one of our bathrooms they continued to work, utilizing the flashlight on their phone, until I could arrive to reset the breaker. I was able to inspect their work at the conclusion, and they revisited specific areas to my satisfaction. I felt each person took pride in their work as it seemed they tried to compete as to whose area was the most clean. I felt pricing was fair and I would use this service again in the future.

I asked 4 different cleaning services to come out and give me an estimate. Klean A Room was the only one that came out and gave me an estimate and a start date on the spot. They were more affordable then any of the others and I always get more than what I pay for. If I need a little extra something done there is never an issue and it is taken care of! They do a great job and I have no complaints. My schedule varies and they always work around my schedule for me. This is the best service I have had and I highly recommend them!
