Joey did a good job cleaning the tile but did a horrible job trying not to scuff my baseboards. Every room he did he scuffed up the baseboards, in the two bathrooms and kitchen. The scrubbing machine he used got to close to the baseboards and peeled off the paint! All the way down to the wood that you can see the grain of the wood!! When I told him about this he didnt acknowledge it and just told me to pay my amount I owed him. I would of gave this a 5 star review if my baseboards was still the pretty white that I painted them a week ago. Ill be uploading pictures shortly. UPDATE: Joey reached out to me and tried to make everything right. He offered me a full return or to paint my baseboards. Great customer service! He does value his customers and what they think. Now Ive changed the rating to 5 stars! Thank you for making it right.

I have never had to get my carpet cleaned and when I learned I needed to hire a professional company I panicked, considering I know nothing about what to look for. I decided to go with All Star based on its great reviews and testimonials, and I am so glad I did. Joey answered all my questions and concerns before making my appointment and didnt pressure me once. He was polite, prompt and extremely courteous. His performance was also amazing. I was terrified that some stains would rack up a huge bill but Joey gave me a price and stuck by it, no hidden fees or extra costs that some companies add on later. AND the carpet looks brand new. I was extremely nervous in the beginning but Joey is without a doubt the best in the business and I am a lifetime customer now. Thanks Joey! Samantha

All Star Steam Cleaning did such a great job! Joey was so awesome to work with my schedule, and the price was so much better than I expected. I actually had to have him come back out - this is not a reflection of the work - but because someone forgot to let the dog out...it had only been 9 days since the carpets were cleaned : (. He was again able to accommodate my schedule and take care of the mess. I had both carpets and tile cleaned; cleaned so well that it literally changed the grout color from ick to a light grey. Also - I felt very comfortable with Joey in my house, even with the crazy kids and dog running around. He did a great job. I highly recommend All Star Steam Cleaning.

This was the first time that we used All Star Steam Cleaning. Joey was cordial, courteous, helpful and professional. We are looking at changing our flooring system after the holidays and he was eager to share his knowledge about all different scenerios of flooring and cleaning. I particularly liked that he came well prepared with a four step cleaning process....pre-treat, scrubbing, steaming, and drying. Most cleaners do not offer all these steps. With pets, we get our carpets cleaned regularly. I found a new "STAR" to help keep our home clean. I highly recommend Joey and his All Star Steam Cleaning company. Joey was truly a God sent... He came to clean the furniture in my condo on the beach which is a rental. I had new carpet being installed that same day. He asked why I was replacing the carpet because it was in good shape. I have it cleaned twice a year and it never looks clean. He assured me that he would get it clean. I cancelled my carpet and he did an amazing job... Joey not only got my carpet looking new again but he saved me thousands. I will never waste my money on other cleaning services... ALL STAR is the best!

All Star Steam Cleaning is awesome! I contacted Joey based on the great reviews online and Im glad I did. He was on time, very professional, and friendly. He did a terrific job removing the dirt marks and pinkish stains on our 8x10 light yellow wool rug. On top of that, he also cleaned a spot of spoiled milk on our cars flooring and even made that awful smell go away. I will definitely recommend All Star Steam Cleaning to our friends and will be calling them the next time I need to get my rugs/carpets cleaned. Thank you!

THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!!!! This is the second time Ive used All Star and again, I am very pleased!! Last time Joey made my carpets clean and removed the horrible odors left behind by irresponsible dog owners. This time he made the tile look like new!! The grout was so disgusting I hated to even walk across the floor for fear of what was hiding beneath!! Now its like new, and Im so proud to have people over!!! All I can say is WOW! Just had Joey here to clean an area rug & our master & I couldnt be anymore impressed! BEST cleaning company! (& weve used a lot) Im a crazy people about shoe in the house & Joey was very professional & used booties when walking through the house, which I appreciate so much! He set up mats on the floor & bumpers against the furniture that the cleaning tools would pass. Very impressive. Never had any other company do that. Thank you again, Joey!

All Star Steam Cleaning did a fantastic job. I had quite a few pet stains and everyone of them was removed. Fair pricing, quick service, wonderful product! This is the first time weve used a professional service to clean our carpets and after seeing what Joe and All Star Steam Cleaning can do - well keep on using him. This company is very personable they did an excellent job as my mother and father had white carpet and I took over the cleaning of their house and they did the best of their ability after 5 years of it not being cleaned by anyone who was supposed to clean it... I will definitely use them again in 6 months to maintain the cleanliness of the carpet and keep everything looking white! :)

Joey did an excellent job cleaning our carpets. We bought a house over a year ago and have been using a rented carpet cleaner, but he came in and made the carpet look and feel brand new. He was upfront about a couple stains that he knew wouldnt come out, and very professional throughout the whole process. I will definitely have All Star Cleaning come back.
