I had my carpet cleaned and there was still stains on the carpet. So the apartment complex came in and did it right. When i was bill there was a unknow charge for deodorizer. When meeting with the cleaning guys he ask if i want this i said sure not knowing this would cost me a additional 75. So i call to speak with someone who will not give there name and is very argumentative. When i state that the representative never told me this was a up charge. He told me i was crazy not to know this, i stated that they should have customer sign off on something like this because its my word against the employe. Thats what i do in my business practices. He hang up on me when i stated i would follow up with the BBB. And then called my landlord and state i cussed at him. Poor work ethics, very unprofessional. Take your bussiness else where. Oh yeah and there still not answering the phone when i called back to get gentlemens name. And after reviewing the invoice they charged for a 4 bedroom apartment when i live in a two bedroom. Scammers they thought because the charges was going on a business account no one would notice. $215 for a 600sq apartment.

They seemed very nice, and I loved the clean, fresh-smelling carpet cleaning they did. They told me I could call within 2 weeks if I saw spots coming back, and theyd re-clean the spots free of charge. I mentioned to the tech it would be Thanksgiving but all he said was 2 weeks is fine, well work around the holidays. I have been very busy with a terminal family member so when I got the chance I called which was Wednesday, 13 days out. They told me tomorrow was a holiday, and if they came Friday, theyd have to charge me. Not only did they re-nig on their promise to clean spots with a 2-week guarantee but they also tried to charge me $100 for cleaning 1-1/4 rooms when their website clearly stated $84 for 2 rooms! I gave them a check for $78.44 which included a coupon, realizing I did the math according to their website and agreed it was paid in full. I wont ever deal with Camelot Service again, they dont stand behind what they promise. I do not recommend them to anyone.

I have 2 young children, a dog and a cat. After the boys from Camelot were done you would have thought we just moved in. The techs were very respectful and professional and my carpets look and smell amazing. I highly recommend this company and they came in lower than the competition. With the price I was gonna pay stanley Steamers I was able to get the same work done plus some add on goodies like my rug cleaned and some deodorizer. My house smells great and carpets are clean. All done with in a timely matter. Did I mention they actually made there appointment time. Thanks Camelot

This company is a true leader in the industry! The equipment utilized by Camelot Service Co. is far superior to their competitors. I am highly impressed with the storm clean-up work Ive seen them perform at multiple properties in the southwest Michigan area this season after all of the flooding we had.

Scheduled them to come out to clean carpets and 45 min later they never showed. Called and asked why and the answering service said she would give the message to the "on-call tech". Needless to say no one called back. Guess they dont need the business! Going elsewhere....

Ive had Camelot clean my house, remove water from my basement, clean my boat and SUV. Ive had a great experience every time and recommend them to my friends and family. Price is great and service and response time are excellent.
