We did business with the West Chester TCA for over a year, including bi-weekly home cleanings and cleaning services for a home we had on the market. Towards the end of the year, the quality of the cleanings was going down. After the second to last cleaning they did, one of our cats was acting very scared and would hiss at us and pee if we tried to approach her. The last visit, TCA cleaned on a Friday early afternoon and our cats were locked in a closet. We had a friend coming over to check on them daily because we were out of town for a long weekend, but she couldnt find them when she came over Friday or Saturday. On Sunday she was concerned that she couldnt find them and no water/food was eaten, so she went looking for them and found them in the closet, where they had been locked up with no food, water or litter box since Friday. Luckily our friend took the time to go find the cats since she was worried about them and let them out. TCA services were immediately terminated and we spoke with the supervisor, who did apologize and offer free services, but seemed less than sincere or appropriately concerned with the situation. Would not use again!

We have used the services of The Cleaning Authority for at least 3 years. They are great. They are thorough and take care of every area of our home. We get the once/4 weeks service so we dont have to do the deep cleaning. There was only one time a room didnt get cleaned. I contacted the office and they had someone out quickly to take care of the room. An inspector came out during our next clean to make sure everything was accomplished. I would recommend them to anyone looking to have a clean home, while wanting good support service.

The Cleaning Authority has done an excellent job with my grandparents home! They use quality products and are extremely thorough in their cleaning, in every room! Definitely a great cleaning company to work with!!
