I guess these folks are really hit or miss. It was a big miss for me. I had two maids for two hours. I needed 2 1/2 baths and 1/2 a kitchen cleaned for a move out. It needed a deep clean but these were not extraordinarily messy or soiled rooms. The team moved very slowly. The lead cleaner was good but overly thorough. At the end of two hours she had thoroughly cleaned already decent cupboards but hadnt touched the floor or fridge or pantry. The other cleaner finished one bathroom in two hours. Yet the tiles still were not clean! She seemed to want to comfortably plunk down and do something easy, like polishing the cheap cabinet knobs. The lead cleaner expressed annoyance at this cleaners slow progress a few times but nothing changed. I wasted $150 dollars. The next day, my five year old and our eleven year old neighbor and I were able to finish the job faster and better than the professionals - and we worked much better as a team! When I received a follow up call on my service, I explained what happened. I was assured I would receive a call from management to address my dissatisfaction. Lo and behold, one month later I have not received a call back. I am not an overly picky person, but I was just appalled at the experience I received.

They are always there on time & if earlier always call & ask if ok to come earlier. If you want any extras done or see something that your cleaning person missed, all you do is make a note in a small notebook provided to you. If your cleaning person has any questions, they will make a note in the notebook. They have a system down & they come & start cleaning & are done in a quick amount of time. Everything looks awesome & smells great when I come home from work. Would recommend to anyone.

I "won" an hour of the Maid Right services through an online contest. They were awesome! A team of three came in and within an hour swept/vacuumed/mopped all the floors. They even moved the furniture and washed the baseboards. I was very impressed and will use them again when I have the need and the funds at the same time!!!

Ive had several different house cleaning services over the years. Maid Right did an outstanding job, detail cleaning areas the other people never touched. They outperformed all the previous house cleaners. Barbie is a gem, friendly, professional and very detailed. I recommend them for everyone.
