My husband and I were undertaking a move from Texas to Tennessee and chose PODS to store and move our belongings. It started off promising with a professional driver who dropped off and picked up our storage container in Texas. The professionalism of the company ended at that point. Per our directions to the customer service rep we wanted our things moved and stored in Tennessee immediately, this was ignored. Two months later when we called to have our things delivered, PODS stated they had not stored our container in Tennessee but that it was left in Texas and they would need 7 days to relocate it to Tennessee. This was an irritation but because we had called 7 days prior to needing our things we tolerated this error. Two days later I called to confirm our container was being shipped to Tennessee and yet again the representative had not processed our requested relocation! Now we will not be able to have our container in Tennessee until a full week after we move in to our new house! Furthermore, even though our new address is within the 60 miles "delivery zone" the local manager refuses to deliver to our address. Now we are having to rent a different moving truck to retrieve our things from the PODS storage container when it arrives in Tennessee. This companys customer service could not be any lower if they tried. I would caution any and all customers looking for a competent and caring moving company to STAY AWAY from PODS. --- Sleeping on hardwood floors for first week

I work for a non-profit named ADFAC that builds new homes. PODS provided us with storage during our volunteer build of a new home, to store our tools and building materials in for safe keeping. The staff at PODS of knoxville was great to work with. Their storage unit met all of our needs and was easy to order up and get placed along with getting it removed. We have also used them on two other projects for long term storage and it is about the easiest type of storage available. Instead of renting a truck and loading it up then unloading it at a storage place we were able to load up the PODS once then unload it once. So much easier. We will definately be using them in the future.

We used POD when we were doing all the hardwood floors in our house. Had to move everything out of main living area. Fantastic experience with the POD team. Very easy process to reserve the POD , delivery and pick up process was great. They had a difficult location to place the POD but the driver had no problem. POD was clean and pretty much weather proof. It snowed and rain almost the entire month we had the POD and all of our furniture or belonging were dry the entire time. I would highly recommend the POD team if you need temporary storage on your site.

This location good service. Pods corporate , terrible customer service. I ordered one pod, they charged for 2 and delivered one. They refunded a partial amount for the second container and 2 days later charged it again.11 days later they charged it for a second month and after calling Pods to complain and demand a refund....well they charged a 3rd time. Get it together. Still no refund. This started in June. We were Billed 3 months in one month. I called 2 weeks ago for a pick up. Its still there. Still no refund.

Thanks so much to Pods of Knoxville for making our storage of the clubhouse furniture during the Whittington Creek Art Show so easy!! We used the smallest pod to store all the clubhouse furniture in and we had plenty of room!! It was so much easier than trying to stack all the furniture in another room during the show as we had done in previous years. We would definitely recommend pods for all your temporary storage needs. They dropped off and picked up the pod right on time. Thanks again Pods!

I worked with PODS for the first time this year, and they were a pleasure! I am an event planner at Dogwood Arts, and PODS partnered with us this year and donated use of their containers for our Rhythm N Blooms Music Festival. The PODS were perfect! They helped us logistically in a HUGE way, and I experienced excellent customer service throughout the process. I love it when companies support their communities, and I would highly recommend PODS for personal or professional use!

My name is Steve and I would like to thank the Pods franchise in Knoxville for helping out with one of the largest rowing events of the year on Melton Lake this past weekend. Having secure storage on site made the event so much easier. They were very easy to deal with and helpful. They delivered on time and placed it exactly where we needed it. They also came back and picked it up after the event when they said they would. I would recommend them to anyone.Thanks again Pods.

Definitely would not recommend PODS. Their final price was $150 more than the original quote. They also failed to pick up the day they said they would. I assumed that the PODS customer service would remedy the situation, but they never budged. I have never witnessed a company with no flexibility in customer service. I am irate at the situation and will definitely never do business with them again, and will be sure to tell the same to anyone who is thinking of using PODS.

Pods came through in a pinch! It was decided 2 days before a very large regatta in Oak Ridge that a POD was needed to store a pallet of bottled waters. The PODS people said it was no problem and brought a POD to our venue the next morning! They were careful to place the POD exactly where we needed it. It was clean and ready to use. They picked it up the day after the regatta was done. Thanks PODS....youve always been a business we can trust.

Ive used PODS twice for interstate moves and would highly recommend them! Its a relatively cost effective way to move your household if you dont mind loading and unloading your belongings. The company are very helpful, upfront with prices and scheduling is easy and efficient, communication are excellent and my household goods have always arrived in good condition! Well done PODS!

Pods provides solutions!! We needed more temporary storage and Pods of Knoxville came through for us. I worked with Steve and he also made the delivery. Unit was clean and BIG!!!! I had no idea until it was delivered, but these storage "pods" have an opaque skylight over the entire top - no need for lighting.

Over all I like Pods just NOT this location delivery instructions were clear but ignored when I called to have them turn the unit I was told that would be a $50.00 fee for their error. I work in sales and Customer Service and rely solely on referrals. Guess who gets no referrals from me!

We needed a solution in a short period of time and PODS delivered! I called in the afternoon and they were on site the next morning. Pricing was very competitive. Pick up and delivery was easy. It was exactly what we needed for the situation. I will certainly use them again.
