UPDATE 3/31/17 I spoke with one of the managers after posting my complaint and receiving a "Contact Customer Service" message. He was very nice and asked what he could do to make my experience better. We discussed my problem with the cost and feeling like they were not upfront about their charges. He explained his side and we came to an agreement of a partial refund. I appreciate his willingness to want to fix the problem. Ive learned that next time I hire movers, I wont assume things and I will ask for a list of charges upfront so there will be no surprises. 3/14/17 My situation was stressful and rushed because I had to move from a 1 bedroom to a 2 bedroom with very little notice. I had to move my sick grandmother from Memphis to Knoxville and we had to be out of my 1 bedroom very quickly. I chose this company because it was fairly close to my home and when I spoke to the scheduler, she told me they could move me on Saturday, which is what I requested. A few hours later I got a phone call from the owner asking to change the move to Sunday. At this point I had already paid a deposit and I figured it was too late to find anyone else so I said yes. I was told that the fee would be $149 per hour and I thought that would be fine. I figured $300 at most. On Saturday I received another phone call from the owner concerning the weather. It might snow so he let me know that his people would probably be late coming in which is understandable, if the weather is bad. He said they usually start at 7:30 but probably wouldnt start until 9:00 am. Well, it didnt snow and they didnt show up until 10:00 am. I called to confirm that they were on the way and he said they had just left and would be about 15 minutes. Which brings me to another point, the $149 for driving time. I understand the fuel charge but why is this drive time so expensive? If the company is 15 minutes from my house AND Im moving from apartment building 1 to apartment building 3 in the same complex, I think this is a little excessive. I was also shocked at the cost of the packing materials. I was charged for a mattress cover that I did not use and $25 to shrink wrap my couches. The movers were nice, friendly, and efficient. They moved everything in 2 hours and Im thankful for that because I couldnt have afforded anything more than that. I was just really disappointed in the price. My total came to almost $600 to move a 1 bedroom/1 bath apartment. I packed everything myself. I cant imagine what it would cost to move anything bigger. This company is definitely not for regular income people.

If I can stop just one person from using this company than this review is worth it. This is the worst bunch of hoodlums, drug addicts, idiots and thieves on the planet. PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF. ALL My Sons make you sign papers before they will move things that keep them from being responsible for any of your items. They PROTECT themselves from all LIABILITY. Your things then become worthless to them at that point. Why would it not when it all has been reduced to the value by pound. This is the list of things they did to me: BROKE A LAMP (filled out the paperwork reinbursed weight of the lamp) $20 (WEIGHT of the LAMP) isnt that crazy? Not the value of lamp. KICKED A HUGE HOLE through a WALL (after I signed the paper that removed them from being responsible) STOLE A $500 GUN (left the bullets isnt that sweet) LOST A CABINET (that they delivered to someone else) The honest people said it wasnt theirs so I got it back. LOST A IRON STAND Never could get the storage amount I owed right had to call EVERY month to correct it. The workers smelled like marijunia after a lunch break. One worker scared me half to death if I didnt leave him a tip. They mentioned needing a tip as many as 5 times. Said its really the only way they get paid and they count on it etc, etc, etc. They beg for it like beggars. The worst part is I did leave them a tip while they pocketed a $500 dollar hand gun and they took the tip all the while having MY GUN in their pocket. PLEASE if I can HELP one person do not use this group of hoodlums, drug addicts, and idiots! ONE of the WORST experiences of my life. If only I read reviews first. For anybody ((I can save)) do not use...DO NOT TRUST A BILLBOARD THAT SAYS FAMILY BUSINESS. There is no FAMILY. The person you talk to first on the phone is smooth talker that tells you ANYTHING you want to hear. ALL MY SONS MOVING & STORAGE OF West KNOXVILLE (cant speak for them all), TN....ever in your life.

This was yet another bad moving experience for me. I was hopeful because the original person who contacted me was very helpful and friendly and this was a very small move about 5 miles away. After they collected my deposit for the move it was all downhill from there. They did not get into touch with me prior to my expected move date; I had to contact them to confirm. The day of the move was even worse. I called them multiple times for an update on the time to expect them, and they kept telling me a "dispatcher" would call me....they never did. They ended up in total being 5 hours late to the move (showed up after 4pm) and because it was late in the day I was informed that I would HAVE to accept a third mover which was more money. The men were polite, but didnt wrap any of my furniture, drug my furniture across hardwood floors, dropped my mattress on dirty sidewalks, tossed things that didnt appear fragile. It was completely unprofessional they way they handled my stuff. I have multiple dents and scratches on my furniture, and they put a hole in my wall because they swung the door open so hard it detached the spring and hit the wall behind it. On top of their rough treatment of my home and my belongings, they charged me for two full hours of work...they were not working for two full hours. AND when the final bill was signed, there was an additional fee/charges that I still havent figured out. The move cost way more than they had quoted me over the phone for poorly treated belongings, a damaged wall, and an entire day wasted waiting on them. Not to mention the fact that it was their fault they were late and I was still required to pay for an extra man so they didnt have to work late. DO NOT HIRE THESE MOVERS, completely disappointing and untrustworthy. They are a perfect example of why hiring movers is a terrible experience.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I WISH I COULD GIVE ZERO OR BETTER MINUS. NEVER HIRE ALL MY SONS MOVING. THEY ARE LIARS. All my sons are scammers who do not fulfill their commitment, unreliable, rip off and very non professional. Any one who want to pay right for the job should NOT use ALL MY SONS MOVING. I called and asked for estimate. They didnt have anyone to come and do in house survey. I told them exact furniture that I needed to move. $124 three men and a truck crew. I was told that the crew is highly trained and this shouldnt take more then 6-7 hours loading and unloading total. I moved from a condo (4bed) to private house locally. My move was the biggest move for the crew who came in. Two of the crew members fell during loading and unloading. Took 8 hours to load and more the. 4 to unload. The crew was pleasant but after 9-10 hours of work the manners were fluctuating (no big complaint). They were tired and the work took an extra 90 minutes to finish. During the move the broke a piece of my wooden floor. The manager of the company on phone promised to get fixed first thing on Monday (move was on Sat). I called them somewhere Wednesday to ask about that when I was told that the manager wasnt available to talk and he will call me back. I have yet to hear from him. Interestingly I have used Goufon before with satisfaction. They gave me a written quote of $1750 all inclusive but as mentioned above All my sons estimated 7-8 hours of work so I thought that it will be cheap to go with them. I ended up paying more then $2200 for the move I had a legal written quote for $1750. In short if you are stupid and wouldnt learn from others experience go ahead and use them.
