My husband and I have been married for over 22 years and through out that time we have relocated about 6 times, each time including a hired moving company. So we know the difference between a good moving company and a bad one! Of all those times moving, we never had the kind of wonderful experience we had with NetMove. This last month, our family moved...again. Out of state this time and we needed to hire a moving company to pack, load and deliver. Each step of the way, they were on-time each morning, great attitude (despite the Atlanta heat!) and were so incredibly helpful with anything extra we needed them to do. It was the first time we have used a moving company where they actually made the relocation enjoyable! Thanks NetMove for taking the stress and burden of moving off our shoulders. You guys are a top-rate company! Oh yeah...our Sales Rep, Greg Sheppard, is the best in the business. He called me everyday (before, during and after our move) to make sure everything was going smoothly and if we needed anything. Thanks Greg!

We sold our house in Atlanta and bought a house very quickly and needed to find a mover that could meet our specific needs of when to pack when to load and when to deliver. Greg came out and did our estimate and was able to assure us that the dates could be met by NetMOVE. We had gotten several quotes but decided to go with NetMOVE because of Greg and the commitment to meet our dates. The packers were at our house early on the day promised and they gentleman were very professional and efficient working the whole day to back up my 3400 Sq ft house. They came back on loading day and completed the packing and loading. I expecially appreciated them cleaning up after themselves. Move in day was a breeze. The 3 movers were at our house at 8:00 AM and they did not stop until the last box was unloaded at 3:00 PM. I have gone through approximately 60% of the boxes and have not had one single thing broken. NETMOVE, we appreciate you working with us on our very tight timeline and will recommend Net Movers to everyone

I recently moved from the Atlanta area to southern Washington State. I was exhausted from the games that brokers were playing with me. I came across NetMove and Greg called me the same day. Hes an amazing, knowledgeable, personable guy!! He took the time to explain the moving game that brokers do and walked me through how NetMove was different. Wheaton Van Lines did a great job moving my things over 2500 miles. I am grateful for Greg and the NetMove family for making such a stressful life change so much easier. I would use Wheaton and NetMove again without any second thought! My parents are retired and found a great retirement home. I put them in touch with Greg and they hit it off so much they didnt feel the need for other quotes. I feel so much better knowing my retired parents are going to have their belongings taken care of properly! Greg is awesome!

Greg Sheppard and Netmove were awesome! I am in the service industry, so I truly appreciate a great customer service experience. When I was about to move, I called 3 companies for quotes. Greg was the only one to return my phone call the same day. Needless to say, he got my business. He explained how the process would work in detail, so I knew exactly what to expect. I got phone calls the day before the move, the morning of the move and right after the move was complete. The movers and the move itself was easy and there was not one issue or concern. Then, about a year later, I received a check in the mail from Netmove for a little over $7 because they had discovered I had been overcharged. Seriously? Who does that?! Very impressed with Greg and the entire team I worked with at Netmove and highly recommend them!

I was very impressed with my experience with NetMove from the day I met Greg to the day my move was complete. Greg was very professional answered all of our questions and made sure we understood exactly what would happen and when. Anytime I had a question, he was very responsive. John and his team that showed up to load and move my house exceeded any expectations that I had. They showed up when promised and worked tirelessly until loading was complete. The team was courteous answering any concerns we had. Before they left, we knew when to expect them at our new home. Just scheduled my third move with Greg at NetMove and service remains as exceptional as I remember! I first used NetMove for a local Marietta, GA move 10 years ago. The experience was so amazing that I could not envision using anyone else when it came time for a Georgia to Florida move which would involve 6 weeks of storage. All was handled with the utmost care, efficiency and professionalism! We have used Netmove for multiple moves over the last several years. They came highly recommended from my parents, and we were not disappointed at all. I couldnt have asked for a better experience. They exceeded expectations on each of our moves. From start to finish, they were very professional and engaged. The moving crew showed up on time (if not early!) and they handled everything with great care. Our last move with them was this past April, and we had the exact same crew we had with our previous move! When anyone asks my opinion on moving companies, I am always the first to recommend Netmove. Greg Shepard was amazing. I moved my elderly parents from a home they have lived in for 30 years. Gregg helped with obtaining boxes and with getting packers at the last minute when my back went out. He also arranged to have the move based on my moms dialysis schedule. The movers arrived and were courteous to both my family. They even went out of the way to help move things that we were unable to disassemble ourselves. Our move took 2 days and was done with a lot of love and care. Greg even helped take away the boxes so that we could donate to other seniors moving in our area. I would definitely recommend using Netmove for any move!

We used NetMove for a two part move this past weekend into storage and then an apartment– very professional and we were thrilled that they were able to get all our storage items in the 10x30 unit with space to spare! Had a little bit of a hiccup with the truck later in the day (fan belt) – but Maurice and the guys plowed through to ensure we would be all set up in our new apartment with minimal delay. Greg provided top notch service from the initial meeting through the final move. We will definitely be using NetMove again and have recommended them to both our real estate and mortgage contacts in Atlanta.
