We were scheduled for 3pm and at 3 were told it would be 6 pm. Then at 6 pm we were told it would be 9. Then we got cancelled and told we would be guaranteed 3 the next day. The office didnt even bother to call and tell us there was a problem. Instead the moving guys called to let us know it would literally be hours before they could get to us & didnt even know if they could at all. The offices are both ignoring phone calls and we havent heard from them. Horrible company!!!!!

I had a upack trailer delivered. I called the day before, they sent out 2 guys and they knew what they were doing. Made everything easier and faster.
