This decision single-handedly accounted for the easiest move of my life. My boyfriend and I were moving from a first floor apartment to a second floor apartment, but my boyfriend was out of town for work the weekend we had to moved. So I knew I had to get some help. My only complaint was the fact that the office mixed up our information. My boyfriend was initially the one who booked them, but I called to confirm that I should be the one contacted moving forward since he wouldnt be present on the day we moved. But then they contacted him to confirm the details of our move. So youd assume that at least theyd have our information correct. On the day of our move, one of the movers called me and asked, "its just five boxes right?" I told him it was also some furniture. Thank goodness he called beforehand. He had to go get the 24 foot truck (that we had been told we had booked for our move). When he arrived with the other mover - I forgot their names - they had no idea it was as much furniture as it was. Even though we had told the office multiple times what furniture we had. Even more unfortunate was that the movers had no idea they were moving us from a first floor apartment to a second floor apartment. And I read the paperwork they were provided - it was wrong. All it said was five boxes moved from a first floor to first floor. Despite that hiccup, the movers were excellent. They didnt complain, despite moving during the hottest part of the day and year. They were very polite, were gentle on our items, and they were incredibly efficient. I could not speak highly enough of them. I am so happy I chose to get movers this time!!!

As business owner I expect professionalism and these guys are anything but that. They started moving my tenet out of his two rental units at 9:37 AM. This is important to note as here at the Storage Center we do not even open until 10 A.M. I arrived early and let them in out of polite professional courtesy. Over 5 hours later and they are still not finished. Add to which even though they were asked two times by the attendant to close the loading dock door so as not to let out the A.C. they ignored it and kept it open. Subsequently the manager of the Storage Center had to phone in on her day off to speak with them about this personally. In addition to this one of the movers appears to have plugged his phone into an outlet in the Storage Center break room without asking. Another mover has left his dirty tupper-ware containers in the Storage Center break room. All the while regaling us with their "music." I see a lot of movers come in and out of our business. Ive seen movers move twice as much stuff in half the time and be far more professional and courteous while doing it too. Never hire this company!

Its nice to see the Tallahassee companys own employees posting reviews of themselves. It speaks volumes as to the poor ethics of their business. We asked for a full service move with packing, moving and unpacking. No problem we were told. The estimator rushed through the house, never opened a single cabinet and the next day gave a quote that says they think everything will fit in one truck but if it doesnt, well have to pay for a second truck. Moreover, they said they dont unpack anything...find someone local. Nice, eh? These people wasted our time and theirs and we would never trust them to move anything.

The evaluator and the 2 moving men who helped me this week were amazing. I used a different company the last time I moved and was unsatisfied. 2 Men and a Truck blew me away. I moved from Tallahassee to Orlando - which was super-stressful - but these guys made the move days easy. They helped break down furniture, and carefully wrapped everything so it wouldnt get scratched or damaged. They treated mine and my sons belongings as if they were their own. Friendly, courteous, considerate, and fast. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who is looking to take some of the stress out of moving.

The guys that showed up were amazing, fast, and incredibly professional as well. This company and more specifically the one in Tallahassee understands customer service. Emily was nothing but accommodating while providing a quote and confirming services. She was so friendly and helpful! Our movers, Victor and his partner were great! (I apologize my mind is blanking on the second movers name) They were fast, efficient, and made sure everything was taken care. The whole team made our move way less stressful, I would highly recommend. Great value for a great price!

After asking around I listened to two friends who used Two Men and a Truck twice each. There was one tiny glitch in communication but we got that worked out soon. The move itself went without a hitch and I would use them again. My only regret is that I didnt give them more big pieces to move and saved myself a couple of hernias. Thanks TMAAT!

Loved the professionalism of Two Men and a Truck from quote to moving day! I didnt have to worry about a thing. The office staff was professional and polite. The price I paid was more than reasonable. The movers handled everything with care. I would definitley use them again and I would recommend them to my friends!

I was surprised to find out that I was paying for the the time they drove from their warehouse to my apartment as well as the time for them to drive back to their warehouse even though I was only using them to move stuff from my truck to the apartment. I also had to pay for gas!!! Seriously!!!
