very displeased with service. rented van broke down 4 times, last time waited over 3 hours for tow truck to haul van and us back to site. arrived at 7:05, clerk inside very rude to tow truck driver and us. called next day explained situation and said we would expect charge adjustment due to circumstance they did not deliver a usable product, manager never called back and week later full charge applied. Totally unprofessional and we got ripped off! WHAT A JOKE....ONLY WAY REVIEW CAN BE SUBMITTED IS BY GIVING THEM A STAR....THEY DESERVE NONE next BBB, FTC...

We had to return a trailer for unforseen circumstances and we needed a truck. They didnt have anything else available at all, even though the lot was full of trucks. I know it was our fault we couldnt get the trailer, but life happens. Very inconvenient.

Would not allow me to attach their trailer on my Explorer which forced me to rent a truck that costs way too much per mile. Also the inside dimensions of the truck were actually smaller than what was advertised on their website.

I have to say U-HAUL has no customer service way to expensive they want you to put another contact other than yourself totally unnecessary dont waste your time rent from someone who respects and value you as a customer

I brought my sons truck to have a hitch put on. It didnt take very long at all & it seems as though they did a great job, exactly how my son asked them to do it. The people working were very nice & great to work with.

The manager was pleasant and she helped me out with a few extra miles included in my rental. Got put in a larger truck than I reserved, but it worked out good for me.

Huge store, great locations, lots of stock, but only two employees. I had to wait for too long, and in the end just did everything myself.
