This company was thorough and professional in almost every way. Staff was cordial in every interaction. Their e-correspondence was clear and helpful, including videos on packing; the empty cube was delivered on time and with clear instructions; the cube was delivered on time and the driver sent me a photo of the cube as it was delivered in my driveway to confirm its correct location. The reason I gave them a four-star rather than a five-star review was that they were not able to give an accurate delivery time before the cube was actually en route to my home, when the drivers call alerted me to the fact that it would be there hours earlier than the dispatcher had predicted. Overall, though, I was quite satisfied with their service.

Poor equipment which doesnt work in snow and thus delivered our cube one week late. They Dont work on weekends making it more difficult and shows no commitment to what they do.
