I’ve had three corporate moves, and this is the worst by far. I’ve never had a moving company leave behind my property or break my property. Each and every time I’ve contacted you with any issue regarding the move, you blame those issues on my husband or myself. From a customer service standpoint, you didn’t even have the courtesy to reach out by phone to get our perspective on the move. So let me recap all the issues for you: • Your movers smoked in my house • Your movers worked two days for 3 hours each day, then rushed to pack all of our items on the third day. I’m sure they charged you for full days and thus they charged Church’s for full days • Only 3 of the movers even packed our items, one of them stayed mostly in their van, sat in front of my house or smoked. I’m sure Church’s was charged for 4 movers. • Your movers wrapped our brand new 65 inch television in bubble paper, then broke the screen when the item was moved • Your movers forgot my freezer • Your movers forgot my stepladder • Your movers forgot my kitchen stepstool • Your movers pulled our window treatments out of our walls, then blamed it on us • Your movers packed all of our television power cords separate from our TVs, so it took us days to find them • Your movers packed a bunch of items as “Third Party Parts”, so we are still trying to figure out where things belong • Your movers failed to call me prior to reaching our house in Atlanta, then called me the morning they reached our house wondering why we weren’t there And, at each turn, your movers have blamed us for each and every one of these items. Most notably, your Caucasian movers are blaming them on my husband and I, who are African-American.

Worst experience! Do not do the mistake of moving with them. They dont even have enough boxes to move a 2 bedroom house furniture. My delicate side tables from West Elm were treated like junk and had to literally beg them to box it. My Pier1 laundry bin is traveling without a box, pretty sure the threads can be counted when it arrives at the destination. They sent just two men to move this and it has taken almost 10 hours to pack! They snap at you for telling them to handle the furniture carefully! The Dyson vacuum cleaner is forced fit with a metal trash can! They dont even bother to distinguish delicates from hard ones. If your intention is to buy new furniture in the new house, donate the furniture rather than opting for these packers and movers!

We have had a very poor experience with this moving company. We were told our truck would arrive with our belongings between the hours of 9:30am-10:30am on 10/2. It is now 10/4 and we do not have our belongings. The company is now telling us we will not receive shipment until 10/9 - an entire week after their originally communicated date. We tried working with the company to resolve the issue and each representative offers excuses with no solution or an apology for the lack of communication.

Armstrong Movers did an excellent job with my move from GA to SC. Ramon and his team were courteous, knowledgeable and VERY careful with my belongings. They packed 2 mirrors and one painting, and paid special attention to my grandmothers sewing machine. Everything arrived without a scratch (just one small broken corner of a glass tabletop.) They were on time for the loading in GA, and EARLY for the unloading in SC! I would recommend Ramon and his team for your next move.

They are just a brocker (Please believe me), will subconctract to some other company. They trick you to provide very less estimation with high price. initially it looks lost cost but it will end-up a way high when your item will be in the truck by subcontractor and they will not listen you and ask to contact arms and strong. Arms and strong sales guy will not received a call after the contract.
