Caution - Do not use Two Men and a Truck movers Unsecured dolly; Mountain/hilly roads; Dented dryer; Broken promises… Upon departing, the dolly was laid on the floor of the truck (instead of being strapped down). There are steep hills (downward then upward) when departing the pick up location and a 2,000 ft. rise in elevation with curvy roads (and many ups and downs) over the final 16 miles near the delivery point. A dent on the front corner of the dryer was at a spot where the dolly would hit as it slid by. My wife was on a conference call at the destination, and the movers placed the dryer with the dent next to a wall. She did not notice the dent until later in the day. I arrived at the destination that evening. I called Two Men and a Truck the next day to report the damage and sent photos of before and after. Over three week period when I tried to speak to someone at the local Two Men and a Truck business, there were three instances of promises by contacts to research the situation and return my calls…"Someone will call you back by the end of this week.", "I promise he (manger) will call you back tomorrow.", "Ill call back before the end of day."…but they returned no calls. Although we had damage insurance at 60 cents per pound, Two Men and a Truck upper management says that we cannot prove their movers negligence of not securing the dolly caused the damage. We have used more qualified movers in the past, who covered damaged items...even when we discovered the damage days after the movers had left. Avoid the headache, disappointment, and poor customer service I experienced by selecting a different mover than Two Men and a Truck.

Pathetic. We moved three miles down the road in May 2016. The company sends three guys for what we explicitly told them over the phone was a three story large move. The movers failed to wrap the one piece we told them was super important to us and banged into a wall. They also did not wrap my LG French Door fridge which now has a nice dent in it right at eye level. Doubt they missed the damage even though they neglected to point it out at the time of move in. I contacted everyone from the Suwanee office to Corp. (which NEVER responded to me personally). They absolutely have the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. They cannot remember who has called/when, do not respond when they say they will, and every time I called I started back at square one b/c I got someone different...usually rude. I had to HOUND these people for weeks to get a reimbursement check for the damage done to my fridge. Initially, they were supposed to order part and insall. In the end, they mailed me a check because they were tired of dealing with me and told me "they didnt wanna be responsible". I would move with these folks again if they were the last company on the planet!!!

Ive heard great reviews about Two men and a truck so I wasnt hesitant to use them. Well, I was fooled. My roommate and I decided to have the movers pick up her stuff and my stuff at two different houses to move to our new apartment. Loading up the truck was fast and easy. When we got to our apartment, they (Mike R and Tavrus) were slow, sluggish and took their sweet, precious time. I take blame for not watching as closely. If youre dumb enough to use them after this review, watch them closely. The bill was way higher than expected (I tipped because it was a service) and later realized a box was missing. It was a brand new multi-piece canvas I JUST ordered. I called both the movers and they took full responsibility for seeing it; however, it never made it into our apartment. It was a hassle to call and file a claim with the manager at the Suwanee location. He told me to call after 7 days if it didnt show up. I called and he asked for my address so hed send a check. Ive called multiple times and conveniently, he never picks up and his voicemail is FULL. Its been 6 MONTHS and I have yet to see a check. DO NOT USE THEM.

they damaged a number of items including an original painting and made my wife feel like she was trying to play them. Damien is arrogant. This is the second time weve used them. We have atleast $1,500 in damage. Ryanne is rude when things arent right in our opinion. If you are pillars of the community how do you have 29 complaints with the BBB? Why are you not an Accredited business? Is it because you dont want to face mediation as a result of being a member? specifically what accusations have I made? NONE, only shared the facts. I put my name in my post, why not disclose yours if you are so above board? As for insults, one of your men was rude to my wife.

I am very pleased with the gentlemen who moved me however, management was an entirely different story. Larry, Lawrence or Im not sure of his name, quoted one price but, had something different on paper & said it was a typo. Fine, because those things can happen. Maybe it was an honest mistake. I heard him speaking to another man in the background negatively about the old lady he just got off the phone with. Next time make sure the line is clear before you do such a thing. Just because Im 63 doesnt mean Im senile actually, Im rather disappointed.

The guys from Two Men and a Truck, 1049 Industrial Ct, Suwanee, G 30024 are just totally awesome. Professional, careful, and efficient. They called to say when they would be there and were right on time. Worked really, really hard and finished the job in the least amount of time possible. They have accommodated last minute date changes more than once. The moving team are always professional, courteous and fun to work with. Excellent service! Company was willing to allow me to reschedule twice! Movers arrived promptly on time and were awesome! All three were very courteous and even made small talk with my children while working! These men went above and beyond to ensure our move was completed as quickly as possible and in the rain. Would most definitely use again and again!

Badly damaged two large pieces of furniture, not from the move itself, but from the movers attempt to put it back together. Took 30 minutes longer than me to get to the new place and charged me for it.
