BE WARNED OF SCAM of UNHOOKING WASHER AND DRYER $220.00 Charge I signed up with these guys and 2 days before the move to Ohio, I changed it to local a move. They had no locals movers so I had to find new movers in 2 days. They said that was OK with them. A person showed up on the day of the move saying he was with the movers, to unhook a washer and dryer. Still no price discussed and he did not disclose what mover he was with. After paying him in cash $110.00 because he would not except anything else. After investigating Jason Taylor hired this person not my moving guys.First of all $110.00 to unplug two units and 2 water hoses is a rip off. Then he wants another $110.00 to connect them back up. What a RIP off. I WARN YOU OF THIS SCAM They have refuse to get my $110.00 returned to me.

NEVER use this company. Their storage facilities were not water tight, and water got into my unit molding my couches. Then there was the bug infestation. Followed by their incompetent record keeping.... We told them multiple times that our information on file was wrong and to update it. They didnt. When we suffered a traumatic family crisis and forgot about our storage bill, there was no friendly reminder, no certified mail, no contact, because they NEVER UPDATED OUR FILES LIKE THEY WERE TOLD TO IN PLAIN ENGLISH. Their storage spaces are poor quality, wet, and bug infested. Their record keeping is neglegent. Their customer service is horrible. When you treat people badly, it will come around to bite you. Stay clear of this business! They are incompetent.

These guys went above and beyond in making our move as easy as a move can be! They moved us faster than the time they originally estimated (only charging me for the hours they actually spent doing the work), had great attitudes, kept things light-hearted but still very professional, & worked hard to make sure things were exactly as we wanted them before they left for the day. They were upfront with all charges, laid out exactly what was included, & showed up on time. Each phone call with the office was informative and they didnt waste my time trying to upsell me on things they knew I didnt need. I would recommend these guys in a heartbeat. Incredible experience.

We moved from Lawrenceville to Gainesville in May, 2015. Everyone who I dealt with at Jason Taylor was at my home at the agreed upon time, professional and very experienced. The estimator gave me a sense of confidence and even helped me load furniture I sold into the buyers van, the packers were fast and extremely careful, and the moving crew also fast and careful. Nothing broken or lost. Best of all, the total cost was several hundred dollars below the estimate. The is great considering their estimate was the lowest of 3 bidders.

we have moved 5 times in the last 15 yrs this is by far the best moving company in the state of Georgia.Justin & his crew of Kyle, John & Bobby are the best. They were very polite to us and did everything that we asked. I myself am disabled and my wife has health issues , we are both over 60 and to deal with this company was the easiest move we have ever made. Thank You , to all at Jason Taylor for everything. P.S. they came in under the estimate !!!!! Great job by all.

What a phenomenal moving company! I was initially impressed with their front office staff- very courteous and helpful! My moving crew (Kyle, John, & Joey)- OUTSTANDING!!! They were professional, cautious, and FAST! If I would have known that the process was this easy and affordable, I would have done this years ago. Overall, I am so very impressed, and wish I could articulate my gratefullness a little better. Thanks again guys!

Every time I have ever gone into Jason Taylor Moving & Storage, the people are soooo friendly and helpful!! I have been there to get boxes and other supplies and used them for storage for a few months years ago. I went in today to get some boxes and was greeted with the nicest and happiest people on earth. I have used these guys twice, and they are the best. Extremely professional, punctual, careful, open, and honest. I would never utilize anyone else for moving anything. They moved my entire 6000 sq.ft. home flawlessly, and then moved some small stuff across town, equally as flawlessly. Dealing with moving companies is typically pretty horrible, but with Jason Taylor, its a pleasure.

Professional company. Communication with scheduler was a little sketchy, but the movers themselves were great. On time, moved my entire house faster than the estimate. 3 bd house loaded and unloaded in 5 hrs. Was quoted 10 hrs. I was charged a lot less because it didnt take as long. Nothing was damaged or lost. Would recommend.

Great experience. Was kind of a last minute call to move the week of spring break, but Dennis met me on Monday and they moved us on Wednesday. Total was actually less than they quoted, even after adding in a tip. Would highly recommend and use them again.
