Horrible customer service led me to cancel my reservation today, and I believe that its important for me to share this experience. I called the Manassas, VA facility to ask about their storage procedures. Matt talked to me in the most offensive and unprofessional way as he continuously told me that I had to pay my bill if I wanted access to my items. I explained to him that I did not have have a bill, and just needed information. He proceeded to tell me that most people dont understand that they need to pay their bill. I explained that he was was being offensive and unprofessional assuming that Im not going to pay my bill, especially when I dont have a bill. He continued to talk down to me. I asked if there was someone else I could speak with, he told me that no one else was available. I then called U-Pack directly and talked to Neil, he was just as rude and offensive. I asked him how much it was to cancel, and he stated $50 because the move was "tomorrow." I explained to him the statements from Matt in Virginia. Neil made sure to reiterate that bills needed to be paid, and then -- although he was not on the line -- he told me what Matt mean, and that I needed to understand my contractural obligations. I also explained to Neil, that he was assuming that I was not going to pay my bill, and that he was being very offensive. He continued with his position that I needed to pay my bill and understand the contract. I explained to Neil that I would be treated in such a way and ended the call. He then stated VERY sarcastically: Thank you for your business. I cancelled that business. No one should be treated this way.

I will recommend U-PACK service. We moved from Atlanta, from 2 bed room house. We were unable to find any1 on particular date and decided to choose U pack and Moving staffers. U pack was very professional from phone calls to the staff, they responded well to questions address. Atlanta office was kind enough to take the trailer back at midnight as we requested due to apartment complex policy. Moving staffers - packing was very good! My book shelf got damaged during packing and later they reimburse that amount. They gave us 3-4 days of arrival to location and our trailer arrived on time . Everything spent smoothly. Will choose U pack again for any move.

U-Pack is without question the BEST choice for moving, especially long distance. This group provides the very best customer service, they do what they say, and the service is on point. The unit arrived on schedule, and was clean. Pick-up was made as promised. The drivers are professional, and take time to answer any questions you have. Cant beat that!! I highly recommend U-pack for service, and especially cost. Im totally impressed.
