It got started out late, because they blocked in several of my neighbors cars and then had to move the truck and get the manager out to console my irate neighbor. I was quoted for 3 guys at 5 1/2 hours, and they took over 8 hours. They did not wear shoe protectors and it was raining so my carpet got mud on it. They didnt even take everything upstairs that they needed to, they just brought it inside and set it down in the main room, so I had to carry it all upstairs while wrangling my baby. Even after all that, I didnt complain until I found that my husbands pain medication was stolen out of his clear tote. I called the management, who was cooperative and sympathetic but there is really nothing they could do about it. I did file a police report. The movers refused to move my chemicals and trash cans (like usual) but I found out from management that they were also supposed to refuse to my my medication as well, which they conveniently forgot that stipulation.

They did such a great job moving me. On time, courteous, and clean. Its usually stressful moving but two men and a truck made the experience as smooth as possible. Felt like they really cared about my furniture and making sure everything was delivered without a scratch or ding! Would highly recommend.

I had a great experience with a relatively small move dealing with items that have high emotional value and needed a lot of care. Jerry and Dio(sp?) Were quick, efficient, skilled, and very fun and easy to work with. I would definitely recommend this company and this team.
