This has to be the absolute worst decision I have ever made to hire this company. They called me at 11:14 am said we are running a few minutes behind and they ended up showing up 1 hour 16 minutes late. They rolled up in a Uhaul which was disheartening since on there site it appears they have there own trucks. They sent 4 guys and a rented truck to move my 3 1/2 bedroom house. I had everything packed and moved to the front door to make things much easier on them. It took all 4 guys and there supervisor for total of 5 guys to move fridge from kitchen over to the uhaul, and then it took them 44 minutes to drive 8 miles back. Once they get the stuff loaded, it has already been a few hours just to load the truck. During the whole time I was also helping them move all the boxes and everything to help make this much quicker and easier for everyone at the same time. They ended up scratching my stainless steel washing machine and also the hard wood floors are all scratched up in my new house which I havent lived in for more then few hours before they arrived. I tried to talk to them about this and figure what they were planning on doing about the damage and they said nothing that it happens sometimes when people move things around. would I recommend them? NO I WILL NOT EVER . I paid 720 dollars for them, to do very little. they were going so slow that I had them move the stuff over and place everything into my new garage so that I can move it later and not have to pay them another 4 hours to move boxes. they are very slow, unmotivated, non caring, PLEASE DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY. VERY HORRIBLE SERVICE, VERY HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Called Several weeks in advance to compare rates with multiple companies. they came back with a rate of 4 people and 2 truck at 125 and 100 flat for the 2nd truck. they were 2 hours late then to top it off .... after 9 hours 4 men still hadnt loaded 2 trucks. I had been calling the office number speaking the lady multiple times. At 17 hours they finished. of course I was standing on my head as it should have never taken so long. We finally agreed on a payment of 11 hours with the office which prompted the less then professional workers to decide to Curse my wife. As we began to inspect what was moved over 18 items were broken or destroyed. of course the insurance to file was obsolete so civil action is mandatory. I do not recommend considering these people. I wont even be suprised if they curse me on this sight. either way you in the public have been notified and warned.

DONOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! I was in a rush and did not read reviews as i normally would but these ppl are insane. the one google review that is quality is one by the owner/idiot J.C. himself. these ppl told me one price of 145 and then told me 345 once they were done moving my furniture in my bedroom into storage. we literally got into an argument because he told me Im gonna give him his "MFn money". i went off. it was just my 2 friends and i there. were young enough to be his children so i guess he thought he could intimidate me....sike! called my brother and my dad to set him straight. moral of the story stay away from this con company. JC and his wife...i mean "assistant" jennifer.

The service was great they was on time they was not dragging around they made sure the furniture was rap when they decided to take a break they let us know all a round they was excellent I would refer day and night movers to anyone they have my vote
