I got a response back in a Google review saying that your company had a strict no drug policy, so that somehow makes it unlikely that one of your movers tried to sell me pot? These ARE FACTS and I can prove it. I want a full refund on our move or i will be boring a lawyer to get much more than the move. Your movers were so lazy, I was forced to move large heavy boxes with a back injury because they were so slow and told me they wouldnt move them. The move took 2-3 times longer than it should of and the left half of my stuff behind. I can prove the female tried to sell me weed, I have several witnesses and even her cell phone number that she gave me to call her the next day. She also went on to tell us she did 7 years in prison for armed robbery and attempted murder which she was very specify about. We tried to call corporate but they just tell us its a franchise and they cant do nothing. I dont want to hear about your drug policies or your background checks, I know what happened and none of that changes anything and is just an excuse. If the girl was lying about the criminal record, then she has mental issues. I think the manager bypassed the criminal background Check and the girl stole from my house and we made police reports. I also have xrays from before and after the move that shows the extended damage to my injury because of this move. Im hiring a lawyer later in the week and will also hire a PI to investigate the movers background ourselves. My children heard everything as well, everything from selling the marijuana to the R rated prison stories the girl was telling. All I want is a refund or partial refund and if not I will persue with a large lawsuit 10 times what Im asking in return. We have been very civil and have been treated horribly by management and told we are lying. I have witnesses and recorded EVERYTHING, so I can prove that everything I have said is "factual." I have not been able to work because of the pain this move has caused me. If you do not want to fix this problem your company has caused, I will have my lawyer contact your company with the court date. I am a computer engineer and will spread my horrible experience all over the internet so your company doesnt steal from anyone again. I have pictures of the stuff that was stolen because I was trying to sell it, so that can be proven as well. You already know that they tried to steal my PlayStation 4 and a backpack for an expensive motor scooter and theres no way they forgot it on their truck.They took everything off the truck before they left and there was nothing on it. We called the female movers cell because she gave us her number when she tried to sell me marijuana and told them if it doesnt magically show back up on the truck by the next day, we were calling the police. And it did! Well now there are several other expensive items were on the truck that did not get delivered to our house and the items are too big to be left on a truck or accidentally misplaced. I want a solution, I wasnt even offered the 300$ that we signed for. But that never mentioned stolen items. So now I want a refund or I will persue larger legal action against your franchise. The movers disappeared for large periods of time during the move and were moving so slow. It should of only cost us half of what it did and most of our stuff didnt even get moved.

This company is the worst. They sent theives to my house, stole stuff and management then ignored my complaints and sent a cease and desist letter because of my complaints. We had to move because my wifes father died and they were very rude and disrespectful and stole several of his computers. They would not allow us to make a report as entitled to us in the contract. This is the worst company EVER. Do not use these people. I am now forced to hire a lawyer to get the money back they stole and that their contract promised. I will let everyone know how bad this company is and its not against the law to file a complaint about your horrible service and rude management. Im calling corporate to tell them everything. See you in court. Ps. YOU PEOPLE ARE SAYING THAT I AM MAKING FALSE STATEMENTS? GIVE ME IVE FALSE STATEMENT AND I WILL PROVE YOU WRONG. My stuff was stolen and I can prove it, and video at your business doesnt prove anything. They could of easily had someone meet them in the hour brake between the load and unloading of our stuff. And everything we said the girl mover said was true. She talked for hours without working about how she did time for armed robbery and attempted murder and I have witnesses that will be in court to testify. For you to call us liars is disrespectful and unprofessional and dishonorable. The stuff stolen was my wifes fathers who just passed away. We will be going back to the police as well and if you are covering up for your girlfriend, I hope you are arrested.

My sister and brother-in-law recently moved from the Atlanta area to North Carolina and used TWO MEN AND A TRUCK. My wife and I both assisted in several stops of the process including meeting the crew when they came to unload here in NC. The crew could not have been nicer or easier to work with. They went above and beyond including protecting my sisters new floors to avoid scratching and making sure that all of their furniture was placed where we wanted it before they left. My wife probably drove them nuts because she made them move a sleeper sofa multiple times but they smiled and were accommodating throughout. Moving companies probably hear the bad far more than they hear good news, but these guys were a breath of fresh air. I made a point to ask their names because I want to commend them for a job well done. If you are moving in the Atlanta area or going long distance, be sure to ask for Charlie and Tovainne. They were amazing to work with! My sister and brother-in-law were also thrilled with the service that they received. Thanks again!

"Three" Men and Truck came out and did a wonderful job. They did not waste any time, yet took enough time not to damage anything. All of the guys were pleasant and courteous and took care to get everything moved in with the least about of fuss. We moved to an apartment on the third floor and with some pretty heavy items and it was done in a decent amount of time. I know that this is a franchise and like most franchises service ranges from one to another, but this one did a great job.

This was the best money spent!!! We paid for two movers and they sent a third for free and they were the nicest, most efficient, amazing movers I have ever seen!!! We were moving into our new home and our driveway was up a large hill l, and they all did such an incredible job moving heavy, heavy boxes and furniture for two hours, up that hill, without hesitation (in the HEAT!!) With smiles and laughs! I couldnt believe how much they accomplished. I would recommend them in a heartbeat!
